This happened to me to against a yui, she did exactly the same stuff to me as dwight did to you, i got stuck whenever i tried to grab her, and she would always teleport when she got downed or tried sabotaging a hook

I went against the same thing, tried to hook her and I froze then I got kicked out and I had the DC penalty. Absolute BS!!
I've ran into the flashlight hackers before, its really insane how bad people are.
I experienced the grabbing a Surv off a gen issue while playing as Clown once but later the issue became that I couldn't kick gens that were clearly not yet finished (or at 0% progress) and hitting survivors was damn near impossible. Was I DDOSed or something?
This is why I bring Lightborn when I see a flashlight. Too many cheaters.
Yeah, it's common for hackers to have one person with them in a SwF. This is to more or less ensure that if they do get hooked, they get unhooked, as you saw the Mikela stopped helping them when they figured out what was going on.
She also was standing on the dwight to do the Heal action to prevent him from leaping around, stopping as you got near.
Pretty sure Cheryl was just kinda clueless about what was going on.
Do not get me wrong I dislike hackers in dbd like everyone else. However it would be cool in a PRIVATE lobby be able to fly around and stretch the limits of the game like hackers often do in public lobbies.

It gives these Script Kiddies too much credit to call them "hackers". It's more like, "how fast can I swipe mom's credit card before she notices and spanks me again." They buy someone else's code who actually has a small amount of talent.

Autoblind hack for any direction and distance.
I was blinded few times for past 2 months when it was impossible, like they didnt have any angle on me or failed timings and still blinded. Thats how they do that. And they still died, cause no one wants to make hacks more obvious. They run with +7% speed, and do autoblinds, mess with sound or perks. Hackers can make themselves completely silent too.
I havent faced blatant hackers like this for a while, but subtle hackers are on daily basis again, like it was before ban wave year ago
Man glad I moried my first hacker like last month or so. It was my wesker redemption arc because I had a hacking Nea on swamp and than fast forward into the future like a month or 2 back I got a hacking Tapp. I know he felt salty becuase he thought I was gonna pick him up on his death hook, but nope buddy we gonna Mori Wesker's "lets finish this" was the perfect cherry on top. Unfortunately I checked on Twitter a day or 2 after and some poor slinger had to deal with this goofball on Haddonfield
