The Producer’s Cut fills in some plot holes that the theatrical cut allowed to happen by removing very short shots. For instance, why did Barry Simms get in the wrong van? Oh! Because the van Myers used was the same make, model, and color as his radio van.
6 is almost the definition of a middle-of-the-road Halloween film. Personally, I’ll take the Producer’s cut over the theatrical but I’d rather not watch it at all. I’d rather do 1-4 then skip right to 2018 and Kills.
With a buff for Myers I think he's ok as is for the most part just adding 2 things movement speed in tier 3 is increased by 10% for the duration of tier 3 and evil is gained gradually as well by 3% .and tier 3 has no terror radius with a addon .

Theatrical cut for the story and atmosphere, producer’s cut for the editing and soundtrack. I can’t help but feel like if you merged the 2 and combined the best elements of both you’d have a pretty decent Halloween flick.

Brutal Strength, Fire Up, STBFL, and Rancor.
Brutal and Fire Up to show his aggressive nature, STBFL to further compliment that unrelenting nature, and Rancor to show his fixation on Laurie. Maybe Tuft of Hair again for one add-on, not sure about the other though.
The nightmare ends on Oct. 13th. I might use that as a slogan for A Nightmare on Elm Street movie in the future.
