Dead by Daylight is a multiplayer (4vs1) horror game where one player takes on the role of the savage Killer, and the other four players play as Survivors, trying to escape the Killer and avoid being caught, tortured and killed.
Survivors play in third-person and have the advantage of better situational awareness. The Killer plays in first-person and is more focused on their prey.
The Survivors’ goal in each encounter is to escape the Killing Ground without getting caught by the Killer – something that sounds easier than it is, especially when the environment changes every time you play.

My idea for chucky is having the hook lowered to the ground, then when someone is hooked a toylike mechanism well crank the hook to its full height. This well make the height not be as big a deal and will stop insta saves due to the hook needing time to rise.

The best way to put chucks in game is to make Charlotte Tiffany holding Chucky (Victor). Giving the twins a legendary skin would be the only real way I could see chucky in game

In my opinion, there's another reason for Jason not being added to DbD besides the lawsuit. Two words: The Trapper. Because of both Trapper's appearance and his mechanics, I do not see a way for Behaviour to add Jason and have him be unique and distinct.
Who is Jason? He's a man in a mask that chases and kills people with a machete and places traps to catch his prey off guard.

They were able to avoid any issues when they added Leatherface because his personality in the films allowed them to put a distinct twist to his power through the wild, almost childish swinging as opposed to Billy's focused charge and the tantrums. Unfortunately, Jason just doesn't have any unique personality traits like that to give him that distinct feeling and have it be faithful to the films. Sure, they could change the weapon to say, an axe, but that doesn't change the issue of not having any options for a unique, distinct power. The only way I see Jason getting into the game is as a Legendary Skin for Trapper.

I think the only way that Chucky can work fair in Dead By Daylight, is if he is paired with Tiffany in human form(very similar to how the twins play like).

Some of these killers I know how they could be added and how their gameplay would be for Jason it’s easy because the only reason why we haven’t gotten Jason yet is because of the lawsuit I know for a fact after the lawsuit ends Jason will be added now as for chucky and pennywise for chucky it’s not really that hard to figure how he would be played because if chucky does get added he can be partnered with someone kinda like the “twins” but obviously he couldn’t be inside the body the two I see partnered with chucky are Tiffany and nica when she’s possessed by chucky in “cult of chucky” and as for pennywise he’s attacks can be the claws from the 1st or 2nd film but also the other killers I personally want to see added in Dead By Daylight are Pinhead, Pumpkinhead, Billy Chapman(Killer Santa from Silent Night Deadly Night), Sam, Candyman, Herbert West, Hannibal lecter, Jack Torrance, and Carrie
The Jeepers Creepers IP has been given to brand new people. It’s having a fourth movie coming out with a new director. I think if they clarify that they’ll use the new directors version of the Creepers and not the old one it could work.
The way Chucky could come in is as a legendary skin for the Twins. Think about it, Charlotte gets changed into a zombie (or normal) Charles Lee Ray where Victor get's turned into Chucky. The animations and sounds would have to be changed, but that's what Legendary skins are supposed to fucking do anyways. Like have Chucky ride on his back or something. It's the only way he could ever really work in dbd.
I thinking there many ways to make Chucky work in dbd, either dragging victims himself or using his magic to force survivors to levitate into the air and also onto hooks .
Making Chucky a duo character with Tiffany similar to the twins with Tiffany acting in Charlotte's place and Chucky working similar to Victor.
Not to mention cult of Chucky gave his book some crazy new powers if they wanted to explore that.
If BHVR ever wanted Chucky in and they got the green light to use him I'm possitive they're creative enough to find a fun way to make him work.
