I think they should only add voice lines to licensed characters who are known for their dialogue and not just to every one for the sake of doing it. Ash is a smartass and a loudmouth whose quips are essential to his character and Bruce Campbell is iconic in the role. Pinhead has always been considered one of the more dignified horror villains and Doug Bradley’s long tenure in the role is what made him so memorable. The only licensed character besides them who deserves voice lines is Freddy, but we have remake Freddy and not Robert Englund so it’s less essential for that version of the character. You could make an argument for Roger L Jackson to voice Ghostface but that’s not essential either. Out of potential future licensed characters, I think Candyman, Chucky, and Pennywise would benefit from the inclusion of voice lines.
Roger Craig Smith would totally be down to voice dbd Chris. He's a pretty cool dude.

It'd be pretty cool if they could talk during the trials. The only time they might not talk is if they hear the heartbeat and they're hiding. Maybe if the killer finds them in the locker.

They would make so much money if they were to put all the missing licensed survivors in a collection or smth to buy. Like, killers are cool and all but dbd will actually be a 'hall of horror' when the iconic survivors will be there. And bro if kirsty was added that would be so cool, girl needs the spotlight tbh just like the rest of those missing survs.
I personally don't like the idea of survivor voice lines being common. Ash's were good and neat because it was something new, but like idk about others.

For the Silent Hill characters you forgot to mention their original voice actors
Lisa = Thessaly Lerner.
Cybil = Susan Papa.
James = Guy Cihi.
Alessa = Sandra Wane or Jennifer Woodward (I include two here since Sandra Wane might've retired from voice acting after the first SIlent Hill game).
I think some might have more than one voice actor but I feel that they might want to stick to the original voice actors if they want to make it more close to home.
Also as a small easter egg it'd be cool if Pyramid Head used a few grunt noises from Guy Cihi as Pyramid Head uses these when you first fight him in Silent Hill 2 (although this doesn't really have to happen and I can imagine it might confuse some people).
