Is Demo the Secret to the 4 Man Rancor Challenge? | Dead by Daylight Killer Builds

Read more Dead by Daylight ➜ https://deadbydaylight.mgn.gg

We are using Demo for the rancor challenge this time around, and taking advantage of his ultra rare addon called leprose lichen, which shows us the aura of all survivors when teleporting. I think this MIGHT be a little better than pig to get the challenge done, but i’m honestly unsure. Let me know your thoughts!

  1. A small suggestion? Maybe you should take off your fog whisperer and twitch trinkets (on your hooks). With more people knowing what you're going for from the series, it might give you away.

  2. SarahFlyer DC'ing just to stick around…probably looking to BM in the chat only to realize who the killer was and held back.
If not, then what was the point of DC'ing only to stick around and watch, at least get the bloodpoints with no penalty. So I'm sold that's what the aim was there.

  3. I think the nightmare would work with this endgame rancor build. You would need to constantly keep survivors asleep at the end of the game so that you can use the Black Box add-on (recently opened exit gates are blocked for 15 seconds). Freddy's power, the dream snare, also works for getting stunned at pallets. Place the traps far enough away from pallets so that survivors get to the pallet in time and drop it on you, thus making them the obsession. You get bonus points if you get stunned and down the survivor at the same time (16:04). Also, I think Freddy's mori is around 10 seconds, so he's decent for mori timing.

  4. From the start of that second match when Nea threw those 2 pallets I just knew this wasn't going to be it. I do love me some Demo matches though.

  5. You should have picked up/ hooked laurie game 2. Nancy would have gone for a flashlight save, making her the obsession. If not she could have unhooked laurie who could then DS you, making her the obsession. Either way I’m glad ur trying different killers because miss piggy is not it sis 😂

  6. Doctor with the beam shock and more auras might work because you can deny them dropping pallets from a way longer distance, they don’t really have a chance to pre-drop

  7. Tofu, Leprose Lichen didn't reveal all survivors, only the injured ones, until a couple patches ago. You did make a video on the addon but before that patch, when it sucked. No harm in revisiting

  8. Although survivors didn't help, what you missed in the last game was more pallets. So I guess the solution is going back to pallet-paradise maps but this time with Demogorgon. Also, you might change Remember me for Hex: Blood Favour. I know the value of getting gates delayed, but you well know it's just 16 seconds each; saving pallets in early game may grant you that time (and more) when gates are powered, and now with Demo-portals and Leprose Lichen you can rely less on Remember me. I really feel next round you'll get this challenge!!

  9. Doctor would be good w double iri addons. Double iri will let you see the doc hallucinations, let you know when survivors you last shocked are near someone else, and if you keep them in madness be able to slow down the game a bit bc they keep having to snap out of it or get caught bc they keep screaming (that’s just a doc thing in general tho).
This part is partially a joke, but hag has an addon that shows you the survivors aura when they trigger traps. Pair that w the one addon that lets you teleport to any trap at will (which should be good for this challenge to be able to move around the map like demo), or one that increases the trap range of triggering so you can hide them a bit more, if that’s your style.

  10. Remember DS stuns can switch obsession too! Especially with that Laurie, you can hook them, let the unhook happen, and then tunnel the Laurie and hope she DS's you. Still a stretch to make it all happen but maybe could've worked.

  12. You might have already heard this, but what about Oni? He gets around the map really well, and as long as he’s not in his power, people seem to be ok stunning him. Plus there’s the addon you showcased where survivors scream when you hit the ground. So there’s some tracking built in.

  13. Nurse with the movement speed iri add on might be good with this since people wont want to throw pallets until after you blink so you can control when survivors throw pallets better.

  14. New Ghostface (when he releases) might be a valuable pick! Since the security camera aura reading is getting changed to be whenever someone is downed with no range requirement, there could be some value there. It's not as on demand as Leprose Lichen, but i think his Mark could be used for good pressure before endgame, and insta-downing people who aren't the obsession in end game. Could use Olsen's Address Book (mini i'm all ears on marked people) for more aura reading, or "Victim's Detailed Routine" for exhaustion upon marking someone. Could also use Drop-Leg Knife Sheath for speed when marking someone, or even use "Ghostface Caught On Tape" for the synergy with the security camera. any of the brown addons might help aswell.

plus his on demand stealth is a nice touch

  15. As for the part at the end about what killers would be good for this, maybe oni? his blood fury makes him super lethal in chase, but hes still just a killer running at you so you can stun him, and if you bring the bloody glove or whatever addon it is that shows survivor auras when they touch blood, then youve got super good tracking like demo. Plague also is strong in chase with her power up and similarly has a addon to show survivor auras most of the time while still being as stunnable as any other 115 killer.

  16. I was doubting choosing demo over pig but after these 2 games I'm starting to believe.
I think plague would be good because people want to stun her to knock her out of her power. Added incentive. But you hate her and 1 pain (this challenge) os probably enough for 1 video, no need to add the extra pain (of playong plague) to it
