In this video, I tested the new customizable bots from the upcoming new Dead By Daylight chapter “Tools of Torment” and gave them incredibly sweaty survivor builds. These bots definitely gave the new killer The Skull Merchant a match!

  1. To be fair, i think the Bots are pretty decent. The system is still very new so there is a lot of room for improvement, but the basekit seems solid to me

  3. I wish i could do this but making lobbies is a pain. My DBD seems to be bugged and i get errors all the time so i get kicked out and have to remake lobby. I already repaired eac, verified files and reinstalled. Anyone have any solution.?.

  4. i tried something similar to this, i almost won but cheryl auto tracked to the hatch. it wasn't subtle, either. she walked 500 miles, and then walked 500 more, just to get to the hatch instead of the exit gate she had already opened.

  5. im actually curious about something, how would the bots react with flashlights and head on? we see how they change with urban evasion, and in personal experience, they suicide on hook with 4 jars of salty lips, so they clearly change up how they play with whatever build they're given. it would be interesting to see how they'd change with "bully" perks and addons.

  6. Here is a tip for survivors if people don't know this but Deathslinger can shoot through almost any open space. The openings in the silo on Torment Creek(Coldwind) can shoot through. The railings on the Saloon on Grave of Glendale, can shoot through. Keep an eye out for openings as a good Deathslinger will shoot through em, after all, if he hits he can still wound ya. And for you Deathslingers out there. Keep an eye out for this. Might nail ya a hit.

  7. I tried adding bots to my game in custom matches but two things happened. One, i noticed i could not edit the survivors at all. Meaning i couldnt equip the survivors with any tools, add-ons, offerings, or even perks. And two, the match would not start. It would sit in pre-lobby where you ready up but would not progress through this menu into the game itself.

  8. Pretty sure they DID use those BNPs. Unless they changed it in the PTB, bots are shy of a terror radius, so on small maps gens take them forever. That's probably what the failed skillchecks were – oh no, TR, run to another gen.

  9. 3:12 If there's a way you can give feedback that will get listened to rather then get lost in the 1000s of posts (if it doesnt get lost here) try to get them to make the bots stop valuing those sections. They are near useless for the bots and its almost always easy to 2 hit down them if they go there.
