  1. I have something similar happened to me on PSN. I was curious as to how she got out since I already closed the hatch. Resume route. Camping even though she was the only Survivor that wasn't hooked. I didn't allow her to just trust me out and I was equally as vicious. Only to wake up to my account being suspended for derogatory language. Even though I wasn't even the one who initiated the vitriol. Keep your head up I know how people abuse of power.

  2. You don’t need a content creators permission for their clips. Every time a person is accepting terms as a game or streaming for example they are accepting to let people use their content

  3. My personal view is if you don’t want someone using your photo/video then don’t post it, once it’s on the internet it’s free game. Love your channel, love the game, shake off them haters

  4. Thanks for clearing this up cuz I indeed was confused why u give out their personal account users not their ttvs names but their personal user accounts on whatever platform that was because I know how ppl can be mean and go actually bully person now when we cleared that up let's go back to salty survivors 😅

  5. As a Content Creator, I stay away from people who act like children on their streams and will only ask the ones that act like Adults. I always reach out to streamers that I would like to add to my videos and ask if I can add them to a future video that way there’s no issues.

  7. FYI, just because you got a strike doesn't mean you're wrong. YouTube doesn't really check whether a reported content truly falls under fair use. They just automatically block without researching. The next step is up to you to object to that and get your video back. You should check out Sargon of Akkad's lawsuit. Also check out Space Coconut's video about copywrite where he explains how his videos never get flagged. Showing TTV's in your videos is fair use. Good luck, man. Stay awesome 👌.

  8. I really admire your transparency in this situation and I wish you the best of luck moving forward. I saw a lot of your videos where the streamers reacted in…less than polite…ways, and I hope that some of them can also learn from this situation that throwing tantrums on the internet isn't a great thing to do, and also usually isn't going to paint them in the best light.
Btw, I think your shirt is awesome 🙂

  9. Dude I mean if you think about it you troll ppl and you piss em off in a video game. That’s pretty toxic asf so if your channel did get cancelled it is only karma. You’re doing something that only toxic ppl will enjoys. Trying to troll ppl is fine but like I mean if you get them mad and you find that funny and enjoyable then bruh that’s just toxic in general. No offense but that is why I wouldn’t even sub to your channel or watch you so I’m not even sure why this was even recommended to me.

  10. Not ignorance. You don't have to ask. Look at carl Benjamin vs Akilah Hughes. Carl just edited her video didn't add anything. It was just a compilation of her talking. She sued Carl. Lost. Then had to pay his lawyer fees.

  11. I gotta be honest I am a ttv and if i had seen myself on the video I would have brought it to you directly. I am salty and feel bad enough about it, but they should have spoken to you first instead instead of trying to end your stuff.

  12. Good to see you've learnt from that! Transformative or not, it's still possibly showing the content creators in a bad light so it's always wise to ask for permission on whether they would like the content publicised. It'd be horrible if some poor streamer got slandered and hated on after a bad day and mood and being cancelled for it
