These are my opinions after playing the PTB for 2 days. If they fix Wesker’s collisions he might be very strong and definetly A+ or S tier even!

Wesker is definetly a better than average killer, and most important, he is very fun! But is he going to be a new S tier killer, A tier, or a B tier? Doesn't matter what rank he is, he is very, very FUN! Also excited to try his perks on other killers. Also going to main Rebecca for a while!
I think he is currently too weak. This is mostly on account of him just stopping dead when he even slightly bumps into something. He should slide like Demo and Blight. He also cannot launch off ledges like Demo can. This removes the opportunity for fun plays. However, he is extremely fun already and has a lot of potential. Also, I think Brutal Strength will be meta on him.
Reassurance is not even good. Stop making it sound broken. It's literally like hang man's switch for the distance. This perk rarely good at best if the killer looks around while camping.
Terminus counters adrenaline as it doesn't give the survivor an instant health state, unless they are downed
Here is my buff for Ada's perks
Low profile: Lower your foot noises 75%/85%/100%
Reactive healing: When a survivor gets hit no matter where you are you heal 35% progress you also see auras of survivors getting chased
wiretap:You set a trap on a generator that lasts 35/40/45 seconds you see the aura of the killer with in 30 meters the killer can no longer destroy wiretap
I think you forget Mintskull that you don't need Stake Out to hit great skill checks. You could always get a program for free to read your screen, and time the skill checks correctly 100% of the time. And then a toolbox is just a supplement (albeit an amazing one if you want 43 second gens) to what is already stronger than Prove Thyself. I made a Google Sheet and used random numbers to test it myself, though I'm sure I can replicate it in DBD very soon (spoiler alert: the average for my results was 17.33~, which means it's more than the 15% speed Prove Thyself gives, that yields around 11 seconds per person).
Reassuring is an easy fix. Off the top of my head, reassuring can only be activated one at a time. So if everyone runs reassuring, only one person can use it at a time. Or reassuring cant be chained, only once per stage or something
Am I the only one that's sick of people saying that every new killer is a combination of older ones?
Thanks for the vid 🙂
In my opinion sadako has the best animations!
I think keeping just spamming reassurance counts as taking the game hostage so I guess you could report those kinds of players
Wesker is high B,, maybe A. Compared to cheat killer nurse he is bad but then again, that mistake of a killer design is basically cheats enabled by BHVR. Compared to the other S tier killers like blight, he is not that far behind if used well. He can be oppressive in chase by zoning you out with his power. I think most people who are using him on PTB don't really know when to best use his power making him look weaker than he is. Just like Demogorgon, he can fake his power to zone you out of a loop or window and get an easy M1 or when timed correctly, or get an instant grab.
I love that Wesker seems to flip normal dbd gameplay on its head. With his power, Wesker makes god pallets into liabilities for survivors if they can’t find a loop in time after Wesker vaulting it, open areas become much safer if he’s in his power because you can’t be damaged if he can’t hit something, and long loops become more dangerous than short ones as he has more of a chance to dash into the survivors
Make a rap"mint boi in the house babe 💀 "
1:14 What do you mean he has "almost no slowdown?" Nurse, Spirit, and Blight are all S tier without anything the can be considered built-in slowdown. Pinhead and Pig are the only one I can think of that has true built-in slowdown as part of their kit. Maybe Onryo has some slowdown with her Condemned meter? Except that Wesker's First Aid Sprays are overtly better than Sadako's Condemned. I find that, if you catch an uninfected survivor even mildly out of position as Wesker, you should almost always opt to take an extra second to slam them with your power instead of M1, because the infection will put them in a very difficult position over time even if you drop chase immediately after. If you infect them and they loop you for a long time, they'll become Hindered and force the the chase to end sooner.
I think he's a comfortable S tier. I think he's capable of oppression in chase and spreading pressure that a Spirit can't pull off in the same way. Spirit uses her power but you juke her out of it? You're in the clear. Wesker uses his power but you juke her out of it? Well that's unfortunate, because you're not gonna dodge his second dash. And now, if the killer leaves you- against a Spirit you could just heal with a medkit. Against Wesker, you can heal sure, but you'll still have a ticking clock that you must get rid of.
Also, I find it interesting that they decided to killswitch Starstruck during the PTB (probably partially to stop Nurses abusing it with Awakened Awareness, but also because Wesker himself has a 40m Terror Radius that can apply Starstruck, paired with his incredible map traversal, why would anyone run anything else? I think they're going to nerf Starstruck entirely for Release).
i honestly dont think reassurance is gonna be the perk to use. yes it is the best the perk of the new survivers to use but i dont think its gonna have the impack that people think its gonna have. yes it is still the PTB and its great but its the PTB and they are testing it so when the official release comes out they can make the changes that need to be. or maybe theyll keep it the way it is i dont know and i cant say i do know but i dont think its gonna be the end camping perk that everyone wants
Why are people trying to nerf Reassurance? It's the ONLY good survivor perk from this update and it's useless if the killer isn't camping: you're just being a bad teammate if you don't unhook when the killer is elsewhere kicking gens and winning chases. It's not even abusable in the way that BT allows unhooked survivors to rub their nose in and bodyblock the killer.
If a SWF really wanted to bully their teammates, they wouldn't run Reassurance, they would just bodyblock their teammate in a corner. No perks used. The killer doesn't need to cooperate. A 4th survivor can't come and save them. Saying that Reassurance could be used as a bullying tool is like confiscating pencils from schoolchildren because they could be used as weapons.
I can't wait to see him on console because maybe on console is a bad killer
please shut up and stop spreading this false info. The perk reasurrance is not Op at all stop camping and being a salty loser and play the game. Just like DBD wont reward survivors for goofing around they wont reward you for camping either gotta make it fair but youre obviously very biased for killers we can all tell.
Reasurrance isnt Op. Stop camping cause youre salty and actually play the game. The game isnt gonna reward you for standing and bullying someone because you arent good at the game. And no its not a strategy its just you being a D and not accepting you lost. You arent gonna win every game and thats fine hopefully you learn that
Remember when they said slinger would break the game?
I love reassurance and how it can completely shut down camping, killers just need to play better but they always take the easy way out and face camp if they are dogshit, which is much more of a problem this update than others. So it's a needed bandaid until bhvr finds a better solution bc baseline 5s bt isnt enough
I feel like terminus might combo really well with blood warden. If you can get a hook before they open the gates they more than likely will need to heal to get a rescue forcing them to open the gate and run the timer down a little healing, by the time they get the rescue if you can get another down right after you can get that blood warden play with a timer that is already run down a bit.
Edit: also why tf doesn't low profile stay active for the rest of the game once 5 gens are powered? Personally i would prefer if it helped with stealth mid match instead of end game but ignoring that… Didn't they literally just buff hope so it doesn't run out because "bY tHE tiMe yOu wOUld NeEd Or UsE iT thE pErK AlREadY iS goNe" the fact that they gave that reason for giving hope that buff amazes me for them to then go right to low profile and put a timer on it when it is only used at end game. Their mental gymnastics amazes me sometimes. (And no I'm not saying they shouldn't have buffed hope, i like the buff I'm just using it as a comparison as to why tf would low profile have a timer to stay active at end game)
terminus cancels adrenaline, which is a good counter with it being a more popular perk after the dead hard nerf
I have to respectfully disagree about reassurance, even tho it’s a bandaid it’s still something, and it’s better than nothing, and I think it does what it’s suppose to do well
"take advantage now that I am a small creator and will answer every single comment, because once I explode I don’t think I will keep up" That ego for that shit video and casual game. Who do you think you are ?
