Just be thankful this game wasn't against a pinhead. Having the controls be the same button for throwing a pallet+vaulting+breaking the chains is just murder. Try to remove chains near a pallet and there's like a 50/50 chance you'll vault or break the chains. I have yet to find the logic on which one you'll do, seems to be random. And no don't tell me to just change the button for breaking the chains cause all it will do is change the button for ALL THREE as they are somehow counted as the same when it comes to controls on console.

Been playing Dbd on console for 2 years and recently switched to full on PC, gotta say there is a noticeable difference between gameplay and network. Movement seems smoother, I can run a loop without rubber banding or miss clicking dead hard (which is more my fault lol) but the point is, I like pc better.
I remember chasing a Billiam on Lery's and he was running towards the hatch, but instead of jumping in the controller made him do the gen next to the hatch. I closed it and he died lul
That’s the one thing I don’t like about control is that the self healing perk can sabotage you sometimes by making you heal instead of throwing a whole pallet

I think you just should give it a try @JRM…I mean I think you will less likely bump into walls than as you are with a mouse. Look at SWARM he is one of the best competetive survivor players out there and uses only a controller on his PC for survivor and for Billy as well but the rest of the killers on keyboard and mouse. I also have a PC account but now my main is on xbox bc my movement and spins are incredible only the beamer saves are easier with a mouse. Also the simple moonwalk is easier but all I use in high mmr gaming is flashlight click plus JRM tech and thats one of the most efficient ways to spin average killers.
