We throwing all the perks that help you kill survivors into a tier list, whether it’s in chase or something that just helps them die faster like afflicting them with exposed. If it can be classified as “lethality” then I threw it in. Gimme your thoughts!

  1. There should be another exit gate switch perk. We have No Way Out that blocks the gate switches for up to 1 minute. But there should be a switch regression perk that goes like this:

    Vengeful Fate

Those who get overconfident get punished the hardest. Whenever an exit gate switch’s progress reaches 90%, this perk activates. If a survivor releases the switch before opening either exit gate, the entity blocks the exit gate switch for 20 seconds and regresses the gate switch’s progress by 30/40/50% in that time.

  2. had a camping spirit use the unrelenting tech to grab me from an unhook. I was thinking "damn she whiffed, I might not have to trade" then she grabbed me, had to give her props even tho she was camping. So I guess there's 2 ways to use it 😀

  3. I just thought about something. Can monstrous shrine stop someone from using deliverance? Deliverance bumps the chance to 100% but this chance is reduced by monstrous shrine… I think.

Imagine having your deliverance denied lmao. I wonder.

  4. I like seeing floods of rage as randomized I'm all ears so I would've liked to see it discussed

Also it seems like you hate PWYF and STBFL but you never considered running them together? If the obsession is constantly bugging you and making fun of you for not chasing them you're literally milking them for stacks, Rancor also compliments this ignoring the obsession thing kinda well

  5. Being a ghostface main I can tell you pwf for ghostface at least is S tier stealth killers who can get rid of their red light a radius at will can get stacks very quickly you can get a stack start the chase and immediately breakoff and by the time the chase end most of the time your cool down is done and you get a stack get up to 3 and as ghostace you can stalk people from afar come Lamborghini running up finish talk and down them for one stack and if your obsession is near a chase your in you can use a stack go stealth break chase get it right back and go get your down it may be a bunch of niche uses but it's so many niche options that you almost always run into a chance to use it

  6. Only thing I really want to say is that you didn’t mention Nurse when you talked about Iron Maiden. You mentioned how people jump into lockers to dodge Billy and Bubba, but good survivors do the same thing against Nurse, since she can’t open lockers after blinking. Being one shot for 30 seconds against a Nurse is basically guaranteed death, and when they stop jumping into lockers to not get exposed, it still completely nullifies one of the few options survivors have to dodge a really good Nurse, therefore getting you more hits even without activating. I think it’s a little bit of an overlooked perk for her. I wouldn’t change its spot in the tier list for it, just wanted to point out that it has another upside that people don’t usually bring up.

  7. I think you're really underrating PWYF considering that the speed bonus you get is applicable to so many things and it's very easy to acquire it as long as you don't go massively out of your way to get it. The speed boost it gives helps counter holding W which is the primary thing a lot of the lower killer list struggles with if the survivors utilize it well enough and just keep leaving loops. With PWYF, you can brute force more loops and make a lot more of them unsafe and into free hits. It's the same reason why Victor is so strong in the Twins kit: he is so fucking fast he makes every loop practically unplayable and his speed can be further buffed by addons.

  8. I'm not a big killer main but I'd like to share my opinion about a few perks ayway.

Bamboozle: I think its place is definitely in A, since it's a strong perk, but newer players might get used to vaulting every window which, obviously, is a bad habbit
Fire up: idk, C seems ok but I'd hesitate. You'll allways get value, and I like perks that help you the more you lose (bcs if you're already winning, you don't need perks) but this feels not enough. You need to loose all gens to get the same value as brutal strength gives you baseline… idk, if it was 5% instead of 4 it would feel great
Spirit Fury: I like this perk. Even tho I understand why it belongs in D (survivors might start just pre-dropping every pallet and you get no value) but it teaches the good habbit of not respecting them, and you don't need to kick 1/3 of the pallets. + as a survivor, first time you see spirit fury it's kinda scare, even without enduring.
Dragon's grip: sooooo inconsistent, this perk gave me value once in my life. It hurts even more to see it in same tier as Fire up

    + LONG LIVE BLOOD WARDEN

  9. I honestly think the Speed Boost from NOED is as good as the instadown bit.. the amount the extra 4% does is crazy!! STBFL should be A though imo. Killers like Demo make super good use of it, M1 killers all like it too and even if you don’t keep it stacked, the amount of time it shaves off of your chases and general downtime is great. Plus it really punishes altruistic and greedy plays even if you do hit the Obsession.

  10. I feel like I should make the tier list to the most potential of the perks I mean every perk on the best map/killer so like u can learn what perk is good for every killer and for what situation

  11. Mr Oh, would you not consider Floods of Rage to be a chase perk? It’s great for mobility killers and can work as useful wallhacks for all killers if it procs mid chase at a tile

Me, i do that. With in 2 mins of the game starting 3 totems are gone, if its not booned when were down to 1 gen im breaking it.

  13. No way you put pwyf in F tier. Id put it in C, i couod hear arguments for D, but no way it belongs in F.

Tofu one day i want you to run pwyf + stbfl in the same build then come back and apologize 😂

  14. as constructive criticism, i think each tier should have some kind of criteria or plan beforehand rather than just stacking them like this. bc it would take away the self-argument. that’s all!

  15. I’d like to see Tofu do a perk stack tier list, like what perks work the best together video… Then again he’s probably got a backlog of so many video ideas lol.

  16. Tofu, i didnt watch whole video, only final standings. If you mentioned it – ok, but I dont see any in table PWYF+Nemesis combo, its insanely good for M1 Killers, and especially when you have exposed available, like Myers or GF, or any perk that trigger exposed. Ability to always run at +5% of speed or higher cuts chase times tremendiously, forcing faster pallets drops, or getting much faster hits or downs. 5% from PWYF boosts Killer speed to 121% which is 4.84 ms and makes big difference around any loop. You don't need to seek your obsession, you just make new one almost at will whenever you need.

Dude, this made me remember the one time during my novice days where i did Basement Trapper and hooked 2 survivor on the basement hook, and even with Monstrous Shrine, they managed to escape
I got made there, and remembering it made me mad NOW

  18. Tofu i have an idea instead of the overall tier list or in addition to. Make a tier list vid for each killer. So like 35 vid series talking about any and all perks that are only s tier and A tier on them. Kinda like a best builds but because of how many perks are gr8 on one but suck on another do like the top 7 perks 3 s and 4 a per each killer. Could save alot of time in making 10 min vids that are more specific than a general list. Idk just a thought. Love the content tho ❤️

  19. I’ve recently discovered blood echo can be pretty good when combined with mindbreaker(now fearmonger) and bbq. Simple bit of tracking, exhaustion and slowdown if you combine with ruin to make them choose between dead hard or gens

  20. You can clearly see that this game is balanced since all of the best perks are almost exlusivly hex perks, so you can get rid of them if you have enough time near a totem.
