If it’s a licensed survivor I think Sabrina Spellman would be a good one specifically the Chilling Adventures version (even though I like the 1996 show better) cuz that version dabble a lot into witchcraft and dark arts and it would be our first character in DBD who originated from a comic.

Elveera? Elvira is pronounced Elvyyrrahh. She's not a witch she's like the creepy guy who introduced scary movies a host if you will.
My original theory (until I saw this video) is that the survivor has to do something with the theater, since one very famous (and supposedly cursed) play is Macbeth, by William Shakespeare, and Macbeth is known for witchcraft. It would definitely fit the witchy theme, and the red theater curtains. Though, Now I’m starting to consider Elvira.
