  1. I have to say finding your channel has been amazing, you seem like such a cool guy and you're so fun to watch!! I think I subscribed at around 200 so it's been really cool to see the algorithm reccomend you. I also agree that the community isnt that toxic, apart from a couple instances there hasn't been too much toxicity I've felt! Keep up the amazing content king!!!

  2. Community not toxic while trashing everyone about having FNAF in DBD and saying it's kid game just because he voted the most lmao. But I have to agree that playing killer I like to just have fun with survivor sometimes. Like if survivors puts a lot of BP offering I'mma farm with them instead of try harding and stealing everything. As the killer you decide how the game go and that's the most fun and can create the most beautiful interactions only in DBD. Once I played Wesker with bloody party and for my first time all the survivors out bloody party too ! We had so much fun and let me kill two of them too, had fun throwing them from high height and stuff. Really amazing moments

  3. Had me at the twins. Always my go to killer if i want an easy match. I know your behind on 100 matches content, but 100 games of twins would be a fun watch, aside from the constant dc’s 😂

  4. incapacitated is an awful status effect that shouldn't exist. Restraining players from taking the majority of actions in the game just so they can (currently) stare at their generator for 20 seconds is not fun and you are stuck in a forced dead time. The fact that it's on specifically eruption just makes it worse. If you are not in a swf, there's very little opportunities for you to keep track of when another survivor goes down. It's inherently worse for solo queue survivors which is a terrible experience for the average survivor. The rest of eruption is strong, but I don't mind as much. It's just the Incapacitated status effect which hyper blows. Luckily it's only on the one perk, but I'm trying to think when else it could be on a perk–and I can't think of a single time that effect would not make me want to tab out and do something else when it's forced on me. bhvr pls remove.

  5. My Opinion:

Lethality perks are overrated. Almost any killer can get more consistent results with 4 gen regressions, or 3 gen regressions + aura (lethal pursuer). It’s sad but it’s true in an era where most players are used to instantly making distance whenever possible.

  6. My DBD Unpopular Opinions:

    1) Thanataphobia was a really healthy Killer perk for the game. It rewarded Killers for not tunneling and should have stayed at grant 5% slow-down per injured survivor.

    2) Old Iron Will, Self Care, Botany Knowledge and Spinechill were all perfectly balanced perks that did not need to be changed and should be reverted – especially since Killer mains got their old Pain Res + Dead Man's Switch combo back.

    3) Midwich, Shelter Woods and Badham Preschool 1-5 are all awful maps that need redesigns. RPD should be deleted from the game at this point.

    4) Current Spirit is not OP, in fact, she is one of the most balanced Killers in the game right now.
Spirit is a 4.4 m/s basic attack Killer (should be 4.6 m/s IMO) who can turn invisible & move fast for 5 seconds while partially nerfing her vision before her power goes into cooldown for 15 seconds. Her add-ons center around buffing her power's recovery speed, phase duration and phasing speed.
Even with her very best add-ons, she is no where the likes of Nurse or Blight as her power will always have a significantly longer cooldown than either of them and she cannot ignore or shred through pallet loops like they can.

    5) Trickster is a more enjoyable Killer to verse than Huntress.

    6) Bubbas and Wraiths are not adorable or entertaining. They are some of the most easily tilted and salty Killers in the game who will either tunnel and/or facecamp you for the great sin of looping them longer than 1 gen.

    7) Map offerings are perfectly fine as they are. If you really don't want to play on a certain map that the Killer or Survivors are bringing you to, just dc during the loading screen. There's no penalty for it and its far better than waiting for the game to load and then rage quitting mid-match.

  7. The dead hard nerf has made good players stronger and bad players weaker, personally I have seen bully squads absolutely bullying killers with new dh and newer players never even trying the perk.

  8. Leatherface is a total smooth brain killer, I dont even hate him I just think he's the most boring, stock killer in the game. Like I'm surprised Trapper is a base killer and you pay money for Bubba. He is just a regular killer whose hero power is "hold m2 to expose survivor", just utterly smooth brain design. Very boring to play and play against.

As for unpopular opinion, I think Dead Hard is a stupid design. It gives a third health state to survivors and the killer's counter play to that is to… what… waste time checking for DS? Wow, what an epic counter play design, dude. Third health state has no place in DBD. I also stand by this statement by never using DH on my survivor games and I play Survivor/Killer to equal amounts so I'm not biased.

  9. My unpopular opinion is that the Mastermind is the least fun/most annoying killer to face in the entire game. He has a more forgiving version of Demo's Shred, so he is frustrating to run in chase and then you have to deal with the annoying spray or disease cons. Also, I agree that the 6.1.0 killer buff was excessive. I stopped playing the game for 2 months because I thought they completely broke the balance of the game, but after coming back I realized that if feels about the same soit wasn't terrible even if not completely necessary. I also agree with your opinion on indoor maps as unless I have a specfic build I prefer most indoor maps to most outdoor maps. I also agree on Hatch, it doesn't feel rewarding to escape, and I have lost many an adept, rancor value, and tome challenge to it. Though I agree it is not super strong great, I think Mettle of man is still an amazing perk, and I have won several games by carefully taking protection hits and using my 3+ hits with Mom to do crazy stuff. Another thing, ghost face isn't based on the character from Scream. The Ghost Face outfit is licensed from a different company and the character has entirely different lore. Idk if you know that or not, but I figured I would mention it.

  10. Many confuse ghost face with scream franchise. 2 different entities. That's why now you can the stoned faced mask as well as all the other versions of the mask. Scream got rights from the mask maker just as Dbd did.

  11. I think the toxicity goes beyond just the game. Try the discord or the subreddit, that’s the toxic community. I’ve also been in hundreds of COD lobbies and I can say that DBD seems to be much worse. My unpopular opinion is that I think Myers is super fun to play. He’s clanky, but damn when you win is it satisfying. I also personally think the new dead hard is much better than the old, maybe that’s not an unpopular opinion but it’s pretty strong.

  12. Real unpopular opinion: I think Boons are overrated.

Shadowstep & Exponential can be game changing, but they're really situational. And if the situation does arise, Lucky Break and Unbreakable work everywhere and better at times. Dark Theory is fun, but you need a whole build to really notice how useful it is.

Circle of Healing is really strong when used correctly. However survivors are still wasting time finding and booning a totem. Then if they're injured, they have to run to the boon AND heal in a slow manner.

It's easier to see in solo queue with survivors booning just to heal themselves (waste around the same time as Self-Care.) I get the perk is strong during 3 gen situations, but with the Eruption + Call of Brine meta, it just leads to everyone wasting time.

With the current game balance, it's simply better to run Med-Kits. 2-3 self heals per game is all you need, and it's easy to attain the item and add-ons for it (especially with the cheaper bloodwebs.)

  13. I also don't like Bubba. I don't really like playing him or against him. also no reason to grind him now that BBQ and Chili no longer has bonus points stacks

Old Ruin was a good design in my opinion. There was two counter plays to it, either hit skill checks or tap. It also made skill check builds and doctor more interesting

Hatch is a dumb mechanic but like you said there's really no way to fix it. I think it's just one of the many consequences of DBD's long list of inherent design flaws.

I want to love Ghost Face but they really need to rework him entirely. his power is way too client dependent and the game doesnt really even tell you if you are revealing him correctly. I think there's still the issue that some resolutions on your monitor can literally influence revealing him too? that alone sounds nuts and portrays everything wrong with him. I wish a lot of killers got unique maps (a south korean neon lit market for trickster would have been awesome) but to honest BHVR doesnt know how to properly balance maps so i don't know if Rushing them to make maps every 4 months is a good idea

yeah the toxicity of the DBD community really disappears by turning off end game chat.

  14. Huntress is the single most boring killer to go against in the entire game. "Throw thing, hurt survivor" At least there's more with other ranged killers. Trickster has to hit you several times, you can hear Deathslinger aiming at you, and Plague has a whole other part to the puke.

  15. I think massive buff was needed because it made killer all around more fun to play, and fun for survivors since I main both. Killer, game is less exhausting, playing survivor the game isn't ez mode

  16. Hatch is fixable, it should be opened with a broken key as well but it takes twice as long thus finally giving a broken key an actual use in game when found & it should be openable while in the dying state. If you can crawl you can open a hatch with a key on the ground. Freddy was by far the best killer on launch, never leveled up a killer so easily & I suck at killer in everyway. His whole play dynamic was superb, players suffered severe speed penalty for all actions while in the dream state tied with remember me & blood warden it was certain death. I miss those days so much.

  17. Twins are fun. I love undetectable stat adds. Also Vector kinda feels like Chucky

I agree DBD community is pretty nice. Ive had strangers help me with trophies
:3 or give me some tips randomly in a nice way

I think Legion was the most disappointing cuz the hype was he was supposed to be a hidden killer that would pretend to be a survivor.

Im kinda upset there's no Dr.Loomis skin at least for Laurie.

I think Freddy's, Trapper and Wraiths Executions/Kills are lame or not gruesome enough. They need updated/changed.

  18. They should just give dream world different effects like doctors madness, it's just a filter survivors deal with when they aren't being chased.
Trickster sucks getting lasered to death is shitty game design imo that is just annoying to deal with as a survivor and he's super frustrating on maps with alot of walls or on controller god help them.
A majority of killer powers are clunky now i think pyramidhead, hag, hillbilly, leatherface, trapper, plague, myers, deathslinger, freddy, pig, trickster, doctor, nurse, blight and twins need either smoother game play, addon passes, power overhauls, addons to be base or base kit buffs or nerfs. It feels like as the game goes on they seem to just forget about just touching up older killers in favor of these big reworks that we wait months and then they announce another rework that won't come for another year or more.

    Reply
  19. I agree with some of these, particularly Leatherface Isn't fun, Freddy back before the rework looked more fun to play as, and that Keys and Moris are fine as they are. Mettle of Man does need a rework IMO, but now onto my controversial opinions:

    1. Puramid Head is overrated and has been powercrept by other newer killers. He's janky to play after they nerfed him, and his add ons are terrible. People put him in A tier, but honestly he's not even close to that ranking. Give him a smoothness update and/or rework his add ons, I honestly can't say what to change them into as I haven't played around his add ons, but case in point, he's not as good people make him out to be in his current state. He has fallen from grace with Wesker and Pinhead both being better if you put practice into those two than Executioner.

    2. Bill's perks should have never been basekit. I don't necessarily mean Borrowed Time, I thought that one was okay. The buff was unnecessary since you could extend it still with the mentioned perk or other unhooking perks to help against tunneling, but with the new Unbreakable mechanic Behavior announced, not only has this made strong killers all the more stronger if they want to slug for 4k, but if they were to go forward with this change, Bill honestly will have nothing going for him with his teachables. You might as well make Demogorgon's Jolt basekit for killers and implement all his other perks to all killers, and you would get the feeling why I'm displeased with Bill's perks becoming basekit. The developers need to reconsider and must be careful when they make perks basekit cause not only does it make the game boring at times, it can also take away what makes the characters unique when they do so. I honestly hope we won't get to see the new mori system since that has no place in the game, the same with basekit Unbreakable.

    3. Myers doesn't need a Rework. Rather, they just need to buff what makes him good. His add ons are the most broken abilities in DBD, sure, but that's one of the reasons why Myers is loved. Some changes I purpose is to buff his Evil Within ability and add some more tools to these forms so that you can have a reason to choose which phase of the Evil Within you want to play as. Here's an example:

EW 1: Make his lunge attack normal, and make it so aura perks like Kindred not work on him in this form. This would make him an interesting stealth killer and make Scratch Mirror even more hilarious to play, as he is sacrificing Exposed and the ability to mori from his tombstone add ons.

EW 2: Give him more resistance against survivor tools like improve his recovery against pallet stuns and Head On, longer time require to flashlight him (Flash Grenades are fine as is) when picking up and carrying a Survivor, and make survivors "move" when they try to body block him. This one is honestly more of a buff to his unpopular add on Vanity Mirror, and can make him more interesting to go against since he is known to take punishment and is built like a tank. Myers is a rule breaker in the same way how Nurse ignores the games mechanic to fight against killers, this would make him feel more like in the movies and make DBD actually feel like a horror experience. Now the problem here is you can stay in this form with all the changes until it is the right time to go for the 3rd form. But here's how I would change it:

EW 3: Reduce the timer in this form to 30 seconds. In this form however, survivors will also suffer from the Exhausted effect and will be effected by the Mangled and Hemorrhage when injured until EW 3 expires. This will still make his Ultra Rare add ons good as they are but now you need to be sure you can secure the hit on the survivor if you can do it with the short time period. I'm aware of the add ons that extend it in cost of making it have a much longer charge time, so this change can help give them use as well if you don't want to commit to the third form. And nerf his add on to where you would get more Evil Within against Obsessed survivors to just have an increase against them. Yeah this would encourage tunneling, but hey, that would make it all the more hilarious so survivors can point the finger on the unlucky survivor and Michael will have a ball in chasing that victim.

I'm sure there's some that I miss with the Shape, or perhaps I'm making him too strong than he should be, but Myers deserves to be a threatening killer like Ghost Face and Sadako, so feel free to let me know what you'd change out of these stealth killers.

    4. Pig needs another nerf. 😛

  20. All the moris do is give an alternate kill animation and they even last longer than if you would hook them the regular way. I agree that they dont need a Buff though, but i wouldnt call them flawed, they are fine right now. Until the whole mess with mori rework and UB basekit maybe hits. Hopefully it never does.

On bubba, i agree though XD he is one of the killers i hate going against and refuse to play as, he barely makes it to second most hated, only beaten by myers. But i have a diffrent reason. His noise… its… it makes me angry XD so annoying. idk it triggers some rage point in me or something.

  21. I agree with a lot of what you said on this video 😂 specially about the Swamp being the worse map, indoor maps being fun as my favourite map is RPD, Bubba being unfun to face but I do wish they would just delete broken keys off the game 😢 they a waste of bloodpoints with the game forces you to get one.

My unpopular opinion is that Wesker is over powered and not fun to face. His the reason I almost quit the game, and one of my friend did quit.

  22. Unpopular Killer opinion: It's okay for there to be OP killers like Nurse and weak killers like Myers, but this should somehow be rotated through reworks or strong perks that cater to their powers.
Unpopular Survivor opinion: Survivors should be banned from using the same survivor as another in the game. Everyone has access to more than 4 free survivors, and wearing the same outfit as another character is a completely unfair advantage to have.

  23. I think playing against Deathslinger is more fun and fair then Huntress,i never understood why people hate on Deathslinger and love Huntress, you can dodge Deathslinger way easier,he can't really hit you from very far away and you can do many things so he can't even get the hit when he shoot's you.

  24. I'm so glad you said it! One of my hottest takes is that the community isn't really that bad. I actully took it a step further and saved screen shots from 125 end game chats (500 opponents!) and out of FIVE HUNDRED only 1 was toxic to me in egc with maybe 10 being salty.

  25. In ghostfaces defense that's not Ghostface from the movie. They only bought the copyright to the mask and not to the killer or any of the movies. They couldn't have added any survivors you wanted because this isn't that ghostface but a whole new person

  26. I think one shot killers that require no stalk mechanic are really bad, I hate bubba it’s an easy down just get close and instantly Down them,

Also I think if you pick the box up chain hunt shouldn’t target the player trying to solve the box

  27. Unpopular opinion: people only hate Legion because of how they released. Legion is fine now. They are fun to play(I would know lol) and from comments ive read on other YouTube videos, fun to play against.
Cuz I mean really, any survivor mains reading this, would you rather see a Susie sprinting at you with a knife? Or Hatchets flying at you from across the map. Or, god forbid. A Nurse teleporting to you from across the map.
I bet you'd prefer seeing a Legion instead
