New Fuming Mix Tape + Ruin = 300% Regression??? | Dead by Daylight Legion Build

Trying out another build on legion, this time using their ultra rare addon “fuming mix tape” in combination with hex ruin and some other perks to make gens regress 300% the normal speed while frenzying and causing pressure. This is a super interesting addon that I think has a lot of room for experimentation and I’m excited to try more things. Feel free to suggest any ideas!

  1. Also while you benefit from Oblivious in general as killer, it backfires on Legion because Oblivious survivors cannot be seen by Killer Instinct in Feral Frenzy because it's dependent on your terror radius. Stupid yes, if you had Undetectable that would make sense since you actually have no TR. It should be that if a survivor is Oblivious they can be inside your TR just not hear it.

  2. People forget regular regression is .25 charges per second or basically 1 second off a gen for every 4 seconds you're in your power.

Legions power by default is 10 seconds so without chaining together frenzy hits you'll only take 2.5 seconds off a Gen that's not being worked on that's it two and a half freaking seconds

Let's be silly for the sake of seeing the maximum mixtape value you can get and say somehow you magically manage to chain together all 5 hits right at the end of every frenzy refresh, right at that 10 second mark, you'll have regressed gens (assuming no one touched them) 12.5 seconds in total.

The maximum value you can get out of the fuming mixtape is 12.5s of regression or in other words you took away 7 seconds of progress if 2 survivors were working on a gen together. It's no regression at all really, the main goal of the add-on is tracking.

  3. Tofu, I need you to know I stopped playing dbd about 4 months ago. I'm only watching your content because Its so entertaining to me. Every other yt channel is the same , but youre just different . Keep it up.

I think it's cause you must be my age because of references you make to movies or music. We'd be great friends in person lol

  4. Hey, tofu, you should do a video using scourge hook gift of pain. It inflicts the hemorrhage and mangled effects. And if they heal, they get a 9% gen and health speed reduction. Could you try a build using bubba or billy with hex plaything, gift of pain, pentemento, and thantaphonbia?

  5. That 'n00b Jake' addon in the second game… how do I get that to spawn in my blood-web? Seriously though, those survivors in that second game had to be wondering what that Jake was doing xD

  6. Let's do some math. At 100% regression speed, it takes roughly 4 seconds to undo 1 second of solo repair progress. A generator takes about 80 seconds to complete solo. This means that it takes 320 seconds of normal regression for a generator to regress fully from 100%. Your power as legion is about 10 seconds without chaining. One, non-chained frenzy at full length reduces a generator at 2.5% percent. For each chain, it adds an additional amount of time anywhere from 0-10 seconds. At 5 full chains, all generators would, in theory, regress at normal regression for 40 seconds, or 12.5% of the full progress.

However, a full chain isn't possible, since at completing a feral sprint, you to into fatigue. By using this add-on, you regress anywhere from 0% up to 12.5%, but never 12.5% on each use.

If you add on the never sleep pills, it essentially doubles the time, therefore doubling the regression amount. With never sleep pills, you could, in theory, regress up to 25% on each generator, applying basically pop goes the weasel on each generator by simply existing. Wow. The power of an angsty teen is something to be feared.

  7. Thinking back to tofu's previous video and watching this one I've had an idea. If anyone said this before, I'm sorry for repeating it. The previous video talked about circle of healing and how to change it, but what if they changed a killer perk instead, that being pentimento. Change it so you can create a pentimento totem from a destroyed totem or a booned totem. That way by booning you in essence are giving the killer more options in the efforts of giving your team an ability to heal.

  8. if you do a video with Iri Button, i'd suggest running it with Julie's mixtape and Spirit Fury/Enduring! the synergies are crazy and it has been a fun build to mess around with 🙂

  9. Build idea, give survivors incentive to not heal, which if you are Legion and aren't running thanatophobia is already incentive, but maybe something like SH:GoP (Haemorrhage and Mangled until healed, then 9% Heal/Repair penalty when healed), and then run Trail of Torment, Eruption, and Call of Brine with Fuming Mixtape and Frank's Mixtape. Basically the idea is that you can use your power to get the injuries early, and then use it for info and slowdown later, focusing on easy oblivious m1 killer later. With the mobility, slowdown, and info, you can force a 3 gen and play super defensively late game, or play stealthily and aggressive. All perks except maybe Call of Brine aren't meta, so they will not see it coming. Can replace eruption with Pop also.

  10. Me watching the gen I spent 87 seconds on regress to zero in 30 while the killer chases me:

    [Insert 3D Saul]

Would it be viable to use your power before picking someone up with thrilling tremors? You get the regression started and thrilling tremors blocks gens from being worked on while you go hook the survivor. Plus you can make use of your power while avoiding your cool down if you have it.

  11. That first game, survivors did that completely to themselves. lmao. "Is a legion, stick together and do the gen." Good games tho, was fun to watch and I like the build.
