Resident Evil is a fantastic franchise. Dead by Daylight is a fantastic game. The two chapters DBD has made for Resi have both been stellar. But now, for the time being, it would be great if the game would focus on other licensed content.
While this video was processing, a leak account just announced new Resident Evil 4 skins are coming to the game. Quick reminder – if you take nothing else away from the video – that I’m totally cool with that! I look forward to new Leon cosmetics! (Quick little update: it would seem I fell for a bit of trolling. There are no confirmed Resident Evil 4 skins coming. Strike 1 against Food’s quality control!)

Yeah. I think they could maybe get away with Dr. Salvador as a Hillbilly skin and Mr. X as a Nemesis skin, but overall, we need a little more time so that the next RE killer is a surprise.

Yes, I'd argue in favor of an Alien or Predator chapter before a new RE chapter. Something tells me they're going to do a third one anyway and then stop, but I'd prefer more variety in licensed chapters.

I think they should continue pumping out resident evil skins while putting their focus for new chapters on different IPs

The possiblility of a fnaf chapter makes me feel gitty and excited, although I hope the anniversary will be a return to stranger things or the arrival of more fairytail characters

Talking about RE, don't get me wrong, I love the franchise, but if we have a third chapter, this becomes repetitive.

For me, when Mr X comes, I’ll be happy if there’s no more RE content. Don’t really care about Jack Baker, the Winters or Lady Dimitrescu. You see, Mr X did what not even any Silent Hill game achieved with me: he gave me nightmares.That’d be one last great RE killer.
P.S.: I heard Luis Serra is coming as a skin in a couple of days.
Thank you! I'm sick of seeing RE content constantly being thrust onto us! I don't hate the game by any means but I'm sick of seeing it constantly when there are so soooo many other games, movies, and comics we could see implemented.
As a major RE fan, we do not need anymore new actual content, skins are fine and I'd take a new map but that's enough, it's time to get another big game collab, fatal frame, COD zombies and killing floor would make awesome chapters and there so many other games would be hype af, those 3 are just my top 3.
I think jack Baker could come into the game as a skin for the Oni

I definitely think, if they are planning another chapter, that they should wait a couple years. I'd love to see new skins, but as a huge resident evil fan, I am getting burnt out. I'd love to see anything other than resident evil for a while. Lol
Fully agree, I love resident evil and id love to see them push out more Resident Evil characters through Legendary skins, but I think we don't need another full RE chapter, I would buy and probably enjoy another RE chapter, but id be much more excited for Alien or Five Nights at Freddy's etc. I would also rather have a second DLC for another license like Silent Hill, SAW or especially Stranger Things.

I would be fine with a third resident evil chapter. As long as the chapter is good and we don't get a skull merchant, I am happy.
I think Mister X and Bitores Mendez would be great legendary skins for the Nemesis.
Lady D could be a legendary for the skull Merchant & Alexia Ashford would be a great skin for Plague or Spirit.
I'm totally enjoying this marriage of DBD x RE, but could live with a break. At this point, killer wise, I'd love to have a Licker (we need more monsters). Survivor wise, a basketball Rebecca.

I’m gonna cry if we get another RE chapter, and they’ll certainly not be tears of joy. At this point I just dodge every lobby that has a RE character in it which often leads me to never even getting a match, but I’m so tired of RE. I think I’m done with DBD if there’ll be another RE chapter. If I wanted to play RE, I would.

I don't think it needs a 3rd dlc but I wouldn't mind more RE skins. more content is more content. You can't blame RE for people like Freddy not getting skins its diff companies with diff agreements (I see people crying about this in the comments)
My proplem with RE is that neither Nemesis nor Wesker actually fit into dbd. Nemesis especially. If he wasn't Nemesis no one would care about him

Agreed. As someone who doesn't care about Resident Evil it gets anoying seeing another Resident Evil skin/chapter added when we could be getting other licences. I can definitely say the Residents Evil chapters are good but we have too much RE stuff.
I want more resident skins. Like other stars members,sherry,helena,ashley,piers.resident evil drew alot of re fans into dbd. Just like stranger things did.

I can see your point with it but I do think just 1 more chapter that's either Jack Baker or Lady D with Mia and Ethan Winters would be good as a modern RE chapter. After that, there doesn't need be anymore after that…other than skins/outfits.
