  1. I didnt understand the question. Is it if in this map you outplayed them or you had the advantage all the time? I think you outplayed. If you commited to the person that took you forever in those first chases, you would certainly lose. His power is not very good for loops and besides CI and DS your other perks did nothing for you really.

  2. Isn’t the point of Engi Fang you get an easy injure at the expense of weaker anti loop on injured survivors? That whole Elodie sequence would be null if you, ironically, were not running any addons.

  3. maybe instead of franklins run "play with your food" when using engi fang will help secure downs even with the 33% break…? and nemesis instead of horder if its value is low?

  4. The baffling thing is that the nerf the fang got on mobile is much more reasonable – instead of losing one chain, it slows down power cooldown. I'd much rather deal with that than basically becoming a budget Plague using it.

  5. I always be honest & I say my hatred for PinHead is no matter the nerf I gladly support the decision because I HATE going against him. I haven't even bought him because I hate him that much.

  6. His chainshot is harder then huntresses hatchet to hit at a range, but it's far less rewarding and does far less. Its only ever really useful in a docter shock range, which defeats the point of it being able to be sent out far.

I feel that if Pinhead doesn't break the chains would be a step in the right direction, but what you do from there is riding the fine line from being good to being obnoxious. I'd say they should experiment with maybe applying a speed debuff a second or 2 after breaking the chains, an exhaustion effect by default, as well as a pulling effect towards the shots origin. Of course this would only be for the chain that is manually shot, the chain hunt chains are fine as they are.
The configuration should also maybe be adjusted. I feel that it's too easy to solve. If dbd was actually willing to give survivors actual gameplay rather then holding down buttons and hitting skillchecks, a proper mini game would be good, just some basic puzzle that is short, and gives you 6 seconds or so to solve it before pinheads able to teleport to it. But since that won't happen I don't have a clue without making it really overpowered.
His add ons need some overhauling to. Most of them are pointless, range and turn radius doesn't matter because his powers useless beyond any sort of range and addons that effect muscle memory killers are just detrimental to being successful. Spawning more chains or increasing accuracy/speed of automatic chains, with some ones that have haste effects as well as one or two of the fun add ons that BHVR like to add nowadays. I feel that fang doesn't need to be the answer, addons that allow powers to one shot or injure that don't normally are pretty lazy and often defeats the point of the power, and just often break the balence of the killer, getting a nerf making them useless just because of one lazy add on.
Shame that pinhead has such an oddball power. Its satisfying but is weak. Plus he probably has the best art and audio design in the game, when he had no voicelines there was pretty much no reason to play him.
