  1. It'd be cool if we kept time the same, removed the collision, but have the timer not go down if in chase.
Either the killer throws by tunneling, or the survivor throws by trying to force a hit (which they COULD still do maybe cause hitboxes).

  2. Tunneling, and camping aren't pretty, but you have to tunnel, or camp sometimes in order to win games. This is the softest community I've ever seen that wants to be catered to, and I'm talking about both killer and survivor.

  3. DS was 5 seconds because a Killer Grasp escape is a 5 second stun. Them reducing it to a 3 second stun makes DS nearly useless. I used DS a mere 10m from a hook, and barely unhooked the player before getting downed.

  4. i agree with these changes i feel like they will tweak some of the changes for survivors just to make it a bit more balanced but yeah even when i play killer im like jesus thats no long enough time to get anywhere espically in a dead zone

  5. My pet peeve is when a survivor gives up as soon as they are being camped/tunnelled when the other survivors could have punished the tunnelling/camping killer if they didn't let the killer immediately move onto the next person.

  6. AGREED. All they had to do was turn off ds at end game still but increase the stun. Ds serves no other purpose than anti tunneling. If you don't tunnel, that survivor is down to 3 perks. If you do tunnel, an increased stun is a better deterrent and can affect the match.

It's conflicting for Bhvr to act like they care about tunneling and then nerf the DS stun time into uselessness.

  7. there was this 1 time i went after the unhooker when they were injured and the person block with bt and i cannot reach them when i was trying to go out of my way to not tunnel then i lost the chase with that 1 person so jsut to keep up the pressure i has to tunnel and i ate a ds and was like its one of thoses games ay so next time she went down and unhooked ill tunnel her out because she no longer has ds and wanted to play like this to begin with they were mad at me at end gaem chat about tunneling when i didnt want to to start with but they forced my hand

  8. They nerfed decisive because their goal wasn't to balance the game, just to change the meta, they only want to keep the game healthy enough to sell cosmetics and pull people in with horror icons without putting in all the actual hard work to balance the game properly, I know some members of their team definitely try very hard to promote the good health of the game, but in my opinion balance patches would be far more common if they actually cared, it wouldn't be drastic overhauls to 40 perks at once, but weekly or biweekly tweaks to problematic perks, slow and consistent upgrades to specific add-ons that are too weak and the opposite for add-ons that are too strong, I would have rather seen these changes come out slowly over the past few years than all at once now, matchmaking incentives should have been here years ago, dead perks should have been reworked ages ago, but this wasn't about balance, it was to get people to stop whining for a few days

  9. I do not think just removing collision will solve the issue of survivors bodyblocking to take the hit for the unhooker. Yeah, they wont be able to block the killer, but they can run into the killer and auto-aim would think "Oh, killer is probably trying to hit survivor inside of them and not the one they are chasing!" which I think will make it worse

  10. BT and OtR barely help with tunnel. I had a game where the killer hit the hooked survivor immediately after he was rescued and stuck in the animation. Yes, deep wound just kicked in when he didn't even have a chance to run anywhere, and the killer just tunnel him after that. Bodyblock also won't work when that tunneler is Nurse or Spirit.

  11. What if they added some kind of like “INJURED” statues effect, kinda like blindness or exhausted. Where if you are doing a gen, and it explodes, whether it’s due to surge or pain resonance or whatever, then maybe you had like a 10 or 15 second period where you couldn’t repair a gen. Idk just a random thought I had

  12. If they really wanna fix camping, that's also a simple fix. 5-7 sec window where this mechanic doesn't apply after the hook animation is done to give the killer time to get away from the hook. After that window is up, if the killer is still within 16-24m of the hook with 0 survivors also in the radius, the person on the hook dies x2 slower. So if a survivor decides to loop near the hook trying to abuse it, it just doesn't start or pauses until the leave the radius. If it's a 3 gen and you hook them in the 3 gen, survivors are likely to be in the radius. If they aren't, free gen regression and who cares if they die slower at that point. They still die and gens aren't getting done. There's probably niche scenarios where it might be abusable, I just can't really think of any, tbh. Also, mechanic disables when gates are powered. I don't think there's a better way to fix camping besides something of this nature.

  13. I dunno why they won't just give survivors one hook state each and then make losing the killer in chase easier. Neither "strategy" will be possible if they do that and there'd be no more issues with it. Then the worst that could happen was being slugged, but even then they could still be picked up, or the killer would be wasting time doing it. There are plenty of ways to counter slugging at least from both the person being slugged and the people who are still up.

  14. This has been suggested for awhile in a lot of places. I asked if this was possible design option from BHVR and was told yes. I don't want to say exactly where bc I know how the gross the community can be. So hopefully that feedback made it to the ppl making balance decisions.

This is how base BT, new BT, and OTR should work. The only flaw is that reaching a certain percent healing progress needs to count as a conspicuous action or just being healed from any source period. Being full health and having DS and OTR both active is still something that CAN happen and needs to be changed.

  15. 1) Borrowed Time to 10 seconds as you say
    2) Decisive Strike to 5 seconds as you say
    3) Off the record doesn't disable unless you do an action or it runs out, it doesn't disable when hit by killer <<<<<<<this end tunnelling
