Possibly the most tilting start to a match ever | Dead by Daylight

So many dumb things happened row that I felt it was a good idea to highlight this match. On top of laughing at my misery, you can also learn a couple things from this match like how to identify Slippery Meat strategies and how to ensure Survivors get infected in chase.

  1. The reason people think all of the things you list at the start of your vid is because we have EYES in our head. Look at the survivors you get every single time… They LITERALLY run into you without even mindgaming, and every single time you DO have to mindgame it just works. You are obviously getting lower MMR survivors than Tru3 and myself. I personally get way better survivors than this, that or they are hacking/stretch screening. Cause they loop perfectly 99% of the time and I am 100% dependent on their mistakes and not my knowledge of the game. THAT is why ppl say all the things they say. We have vastle different experiences in this game.

Disclaimer: I love your content and I like you as a person. But stop with that bullshit man 🙂 I'd rather you be honest about what exactly on your list is the thing that is giving you that edge. Its not like I'm gonna stop watching your stuff.

  2. So killer only has 1 person who can make mistakes meaning if youre good you will win alot because survivors have 4 people and it only takes 1 to make a mistake making the game killer sided at high mmr. But in mid to low if the killer makes a mistake the survivors have 4 players who can capitalize on that so if you make 2 mistakes thats potentially 8 power plays on you and even 2 is bad (1 min+ loops, gen rushing, resetting etc as power plays) nothing hurts a killer more than hurting the whole team and making a mistake that enables them to get away and full heal meanwhile 1 was touching gens and bam youve got yourself 2-3 50% gens waiting and you didnt get anything. Its clear to see that in different skill ranges youre going to have a different time and in otzs case hes very very good at killer so when he makes a mistake if the survivors arent all using that time to do something important then hes gonna win, thats the game. Hes not lower mmr or cheating hes playing the game and punishing the survivors for their mistakes well and they either get unlucky or mindgamed (also part of the game) because otz probably has a couple thousand hours of game time more than them. One of the first videos i ever watched about dbd was an otz video and first thing he says is "the biggest advantage in this game is simply time spent playing it, you will have to learn alot and use their mistakes against them if you ever hope to play against someone who has thousands of hours more than you" and every time i watch his videos and compare his gameplay to mine its clear why i only get 4ks every 3 games and he can get a 4k against red ranks almost every game. Instead of trying to make up some conspiracy theory just watch his games and try to learn what hes doing so you can make it your own style and still win games by just practicing the basics

  3. The absolute state of Plague in 2022
She is my most favorite killer but these bugs related to hit validation are so tilting and I swear when I saw Scott's fake patch fixing this plague cancel for holding for less than 1sec I literally came

  4. Hey Otzs I’ve been having loads of fun on Nemesis and would recommend this build I’ve been using which is Lethal pursuer, Corrupt, pop and barbecue. I play at iridescent 1.

  5. I'm starting to believe Otz and NotOtz are two separate people. The amount of time he puts into his stream, these videos, the comment section, and everything else doesn't seem possible for one man.

  6. I think just looking at the time needed for generators and the time needed for huntung, downing and hooking multiple times shows that the game is very survivor sided. I mean i havent played for ages because the community is the most toxic in any gane ive ever played and there are just completly stupid mechanics on both sides but from what i read and see that hasent changed a bit

  7. It’s survivor sided. You don’t have to dixk ride DBD because to make a living off it. The fact you put in months of hours of gameplay in this game and you still have things you still complain about just proves my point. It’s survivor based. They need a mode where you can only play against solo’s. No 4 man teams. Guaranteed less people running swf. I think if you want to group you with friends then you have to play a ranked mode. Pubs are for a chill but sometimes challenging game. Not sweats running the same loops and calling your location out to their virgi n friends then run in a circle looping for 5 mins because they’re boring individuals that find FUN in that lmao.

  8. I don't think one side is easier than the other so much as the MMR is broken af. I have a couple hundred hours on the game over the course of about 4 years. I am a killer main because I find survivor frustrating, difficult, and just not my style of fun. But when I queue up since the latest MMR patch I only face red ranks as an ash rank. So, I'm like, hey, maybe I have to 'place' kind of like other games. So I play twenty or thirty matches for a couple days, still, I am getting absolutely wrecked by very very good survivors. I don't think most of them are even SWF, they're just very efficient and aware.

  9. The most tilting game I ever had was in RPD. I was learning Nurse and was finally getting the hang of it, a couple of 2k's and a 3k in the game before. A survivor called Patrick spent the game flashlight blinding and pallet stunning me. The other three were same rank as me, fairly low. Patrick was rank 1. He camped the same pallet until I broke it then blinded me, pulled off insane plays repeatedly, he was a good player. The problem was, no matter how many times I left him to find someone else, he'd follow me, then continue, teabagging, clicking, the works.

I caught that motherfucker and facecamped into endgame. The other three all had borrowed time, and they saved him last second. I knew exactly where he had gone, and I blinked through two walls to catch him-

Right into a pallet stun that he pulled off in what must have been literally the frame I appeared. The only time I've ever broken a controller. I haven't played Nurse since, and barely played DBD at all.

Not that this interests anyone, but I needed to get this off my conscience

  10. i really agree with otz when it comes to the simple matter of weather or not survivors are unbalanced, but i think that although the killer could wreck the survivors if they wanted to it would not be very enjoyable/fun. i just think that survivors have a bit more average to good perks that can be used regularly and be enjoyed, as apposed to killers

  11. I honestly don’t understand why people are coming after Otz because he had a opinion different then others. He is just a man that plays the game and has a opinion about game. I’m sorry that you had to listen to other people who are upset for what I feel is no reason. Please leave this man alone.

    Thank you.

  12. Otz is just goated that’s why The game doesn’t seems survivor sided to him. How about this otz, get worse, learn how every other player feels for a change. Actually that gives me an idea. Otz play blindfolded, with your feet, and play clown with nothing but unrelenting.

  13. I heavily disagree with people saying he has low mmr. The dudes above the skill roof so everyone he matches with generally has lower mmr then he does. Those players aren't bad they are just not as insanely good as he is. There is not enough survivors in his skill bracket for the game to match him with to truly chellange his skill. Which is why you rarely see him have trouble in a match and when he doesn't he recovers well. Cos the game can rarely give him a survivor team that is on par with him. Sometimes we see him chellanged.

  14. I had 4 matches in a row of cross platform swfs with only 1 kill amongst them. This game is survivor sided for swfs.
I get more bugs on almost a majority of my matches. So I can see the suspicions

  15. You lose corrupted purge when you get stunned? Is that intended game mechanics or just another bug? Because last time I played this killer I lost it due to a simple blind and was very confused..

  16. Stuff like what happened in the beginning of the match happens to me all the time as Artist. Every time I hook a survivor, my power gets locked out (even when full) for 15 seconds. The summon button just refuses to work. It’s a weird bug.
