  1. Don't deactivate the portals.
Demo only has a limited amount of portals they can place. When they are out, they literally need to wait for survuvors to deactivate one in order to be able to replace it.
Deactivating a portal in a suboptimal location is a waste of time and actually helps the killer

  2. this should be obvious for anyone with 10+ hours in dbd but from my 8k hours experience survivors are getting worse and worse each year so:

    1. use your ears and eyes + look behind yourself while looping

    2. start running instead of walking 24/7 as survivor (sprint burst users are almost useless)

    3. if the killer has sloppy just do gens

    4. stop hiding for no reason – dbd is not hide and seek, you can waste more time just by running away from the killer as soon as you see him

    5. do not camp pallets – predrop

    6. i know you love your clicky clicky but medkit / toolbox is better. im so proud of your 1 flashlight save in 10 games but you are more useful on gens

    7. be useful totems / chests are not your objective you can do them once all gens are done and gates are powered

    8. 3 gen is relatively easy to win – pressure at least 2 gens – there is only 1 killer in game and 4 survs

    9. 99% of dbd clips / funny moments ect are done vs new players / kyf so do not be useless or dumb trying to do everything you saw

    10. dbd is not a 1v1 game, you dont have to be loop master to win – be efficient on gens

wanna ignore all of this? play easy mode aka swf

  3. Doesn’t the oblivious effect only happen when your on or like 4meters near? I think I’ll be fine with just doing gens and getting out as fast as possible 💀💀💀

  4. Im tired of powering gens and looping a pallet. Why does it always have to be a gen and pallets? So boring, i cannot play survivor. Killer is more fun atm but after so many years with just a couple good events….. my every want or need to play DBD has completely died! Behavior can implement the most famous killers of all time but still have the exact same gameplay. The new has wore off years ago, the addiction no longer exist. Im glad i got to experience the previous Halloween event, that event was actually amazing compared to most other non events you guys call an event. I have to explain what an event is bc you guys can only seem to get it right like once every 3 to 4 years. An event is something special to the gaming community, its very different compared to the everyday trial. Giving us rewards like more BP or Shards IS NOT AN EVENT. Absolutely nothing about the gameplay changed so its still the same. Whats so eventful about that? Why am im suspose to be excited to jump into DBD just for something i been doing for YEARS! Imma guess this video was aimed at people who have 2 hours into DBD. Very obvious crap mentioned in the video. Nothing special, besides the release of demo again. Which is obsolete imo, Alien does what demo does but better… yea i said it demo fanbois. Whenever you guys (Behavior) decide to do something fun with DBD, il partake. For know, im to bored to play your non violent, no gore, no scare factor, half @ss event game.

  5. Doing the portals actually wastes time you could be using on gens… They’re trying to trick you people into wasting your time for killer. 99% of the time just leaving portals is the best option.. especially cause you can’t undo portals as killer so once it’s placed next to a gen and you finish that gen that portal is useless for rest of round

  6. Tip for survivors: when his flower thing is open he is charging up to shred forward move left and right continuously very fast like trying to fake him on what way to go and when he shreds book it toward the other direction that he is going and REMEMBER IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO NOT GET HIT BY THE SHRED! YOU WILL BE HIT AT LEAST ONCE BY THE SHRED!

  7. Regarding portals: only cleanse portals near important objectives. If a portal is near a completed gen or an already broken totem ECT you should ignore it because if you close it, the killer can put it back down in a more advantageous location.

  8. Actualy good tips gg devs, Just One thing: if the demo Place a portal in a bad Place (like in a zone with no gen) don't touch It, he can't replace the portal in any way so Is basicaly 1 less portal in the trial to keep in mind
