  1. "Chasing the dragon" for a win is a real thing. I give it usually one or two more goes and than I'm like, welp…I'm out.

    Likewise, if I get into that mindset early in a DBD night, I'll bail to play something else. Sometimes it's just not a DBD night and that's okay.

  2. Me after having bad match(es):

    step 1 : go into another multiplayer game that you can play against bots, take the weakest bot and take your anger out on it once.(My game to do that is age of empire 2)
    step 2 : Still angry ? Go touch grass or go jogging for 2 minutes.
    step 3 : try again ? if it goes badly, stop and do smth else, if it goes well, step 4.
    step 4 : go on step 1 if you get frustrated.

    Tip : Do not ever rage if you are sick.(I say that cause i don't do it and i know it's bad)
    I don't ever touch grass … so step one always works for me …

    How do you do it ? do you never get triggered ? My rage is all about maps and offerings (lery's on nurse,rpd on blight, hawking on billy, azarov on ghostface, etc, etc …)

  3. If dbd actually made a mmr system that was worth a shit people wouldn't be angry at constantly getting competitive sweat monkeys after losing 3 games in a fucking row. If I'm losing, then the mmr is dogshit and isn't pairing me with people it should and it's fucking annoying.

  4. DBD is one of those multiplayer games where majority of people kind of just rage queue no matter. I think the solution is to just actually uninstall the game and force yourself to take a break from it. Because DBD especially has that never ending cycle of This match was terrible so imma throw, imma sweat, imma make the other side miserable, imma make my team miserable, imma make everyone miserable, I'm gonna complain on twitter on how unbalanced and one sided the game is and how toxic the other side is ,and etc. Just uninstall and play a game that doesn't make u as nearly frustrated or emotional and/or one u enjoy without. A.k.a pickup a single player,PVE or cooperative game that doesn't really require u to go against another person across the screen there is plenty out there that are stress relieving and fun to play with friends. Like currently with DBD not really being my go too, I started playing Arkham Knight again and I got no more worries on my mind lol
