I use a build like this on demo except I use bbq instead of distressing and the idea is to injure people with sloppy find injured people with bbq portal to them find their exact position with nurses and sneak up to them with demos 2 second stealth
This build but with Legion and iridescent button.
I do this build however replace nurses calling and distressing for dying light and thanataphobia

I have done the Doctor with Coulrophobia and Distressing several times. I actually got a nice perfect 32k out of that build.

Another fun video! This build was dope on clown! I don't really care for him as a killer(his coughing/laugh is just mad annoying sometimes), but it was enjoyable watching you play him. Nice game!
This build is not balanced but survivors hate it which in case just make the video funnier 😈🤣
I think you would benefit more from Thanatophobia than distressing because it gives survs a reason to heal and waste time instead of playing injured
