TLDR: There is no drama, he just asks repeatedly for you to sign the petition to bring Stranger Things back to DBD because lots of people want it back. I want it back too, but don't title something drama if there is no actual drama and you're just trying to generate it.

I signed because I just came into the community a month after they left. I just bought the nightmare edition of the game so I could have them, but I never got to play on Hawkins, and don't have any skins for the characters (and Jonathan is my favorite character.)
Honestly i just appreciate dbd still putting in content period and continuing this masterpiece of horror. To mob up to try swaying certain dlcs to come out is a little Much. How about putting faith in they devs (cote) to continue bring us great content instead of trying to twist there arm. I Enjoy ur content and don’t mean any disrespect or to challenge anyone just saying I’m sure cote is doing all he can to bring the best content to dbd.
I sincerely hope this chapter does not come back because I would mind reviewing the outfit of nancy, steve or the demogorgon now that they have become a minimum of ''rare '' but putting new characters without adding the ''old '' ones I would not mind.
I wish Stranger Things comes back to DBD, whether it be in the form of Vecna as a new killer, or Joyce/Hopper/Billy/Eddie etc as new survivor skins. It just needs to come back-

SPOILERS AHEAD SCROLL PAST IF YOU HAVEMT SEEN EP 7 YET
Ok this is my theory. After the pt2 of season 4, Joyce, hopper, and vecna will be added to the roster and vecnas power will obviously be vecnas curse. They literally gave us like everything we need for a power and we even have a very obvious mori. I also believe that Nancy will get a robin skin, Steve will get a Eddie skin, hopper will get a Murray skin AND HOPEFULLY AN ALEXI SKIN, and maybe joyce can get a skin for mikes mom idk. Vecna could get a legendary skin of him with 1’s actual body which would be really cool. A demo blighted skin would be sick asf and can maybe tie more into the mind flayer or have demo dogs protruding out of his skin with Steve’s bat lodged into his skin. For a map they can bring back Hawkins lab. Or if they add another along side that they can do the obvious choice of the Hawkins mall. Other locations that could be cool are vecnas house in either the real world or the upside down, (although I feel it may look similar to garden of joy) the place that eleven went in her flashbacks with the rainbow room and everything, (idk if that’s Hawkins lab I’m not sure lol) or even the carnival alexi died at🥺. For vecnas power, it could include his illusions, the bird/bat-like creatures in the inside down, his telepathy (although I don’t feel this would work well), or the tentacles he uses though that would be very similar to nemi. To counteract the similarities, he can use them as information, leaving them on the ground and when a survivor walks over them, they alert vecna since in the show it says it’s like a hive mind and everything is connected to eachother. Those are all my ideas, thanks for listening lol

I have a theory, but it contains spoilers for season 4, so reader beware
I think Netflix took away the ST license from DBD just so they could bring it back again. When they removed the license, they already knew who the main villain for S4 was going to be, so maybe, just maybe, they took the license away so that they could re-add it with a killer that fits the whole slasher vibe of ST a little bit more. And it's also a good marketing technique for if they do add it back. Taking the license away made people give them attention and want it back. And they probably know that if they re-add it, people WILL buy it.
But hey! That's just a theory…
