Testing Jonah's New Perks vs THE ARTIST | Dead by Daylight (PTB)

Read more Dead by Daylight ➜ https://deadbydaylight.mgn.gg

Today we are testing Overcome, Boon: Exponential, and Corrective Action – teachable perks for Jonah Vasquez, the newest survivor in Dead by Daylight. Overcome offers a speed boost after being hit, Exponential gives an aura that allows survivors to quickly recover from the dying state, and Correct Action helps prevent teammates from missing skill checks. We’ll take his teachables into the fog and see how they hold up against the new killer, The Artist, who uses crow attacks to down her opponents.

  1. I'm sure you already know by now, but her crows don't regularly hit through walls. If it goes through an object or past the "flight path" it will swarm you. If you are currently being swarmed and she hits you with another "swarm crow" it will do damage. She sees the swarms aura until you start repelling, so you want to repel them asap. Otherwise it's basically a free snipe shot.

  2. People keep complaining about the new Exhaustion perk but, I don't think they realize how it's sort of useless after the first injure unless they manage to completely heal and get away from you. Plus, it's already a feature of some survivors in another surv.horror and it's honestly not too bad.

It's practically just a sprint burst on getting hit. Not that bad, imo. More distance means more blood for the Oni and Victor's fast enough for that!

Tl;dr: I get it, but at the same time, it's definitely not the best perk. Bad survivors (me) won't get too much from it.

  3. She's not the most exciting killer but she does have some really cool stuff. The perks looks great and scary. Random question but is the new survivor Hispanic? Is it rude to ask? He looks great.

  4. I believe her power works like this.
Let the crow head go. If the survivor is in a certain range, they take a hit. Otherwise, they get tormented by crows.
If any survivor bumps into any floating head (that didn't fly off), they just get tormented by crows.
Once a survivor is tormented by the crows, the next crow head will be a hit, regardless of the range or if it was sent flying or not

  5. Honestly, I think Zanshin Tactics would be amazing on this killer. You can set crows up super early at window vaults… maybe. I haven't tested it yet because I'm an Xbox player.

  7. C'mon she going put crow bird by a hook and once she get the notification of unhook, she just wait a sec and then activate her ability to hit them again when she far. Those ability got to have a range on them where she must be in order those crow ability to stay.
