Oni is the best killer for this perk. Games end in 3 minutes.
Using this with Demo while using it's portals gives you crazy info. Something for Killer mains to try out. It's great if you teleport and stop them because of your Terror Radius . Have fun with that.
I feel like all it needs changed is that they dont initially scream if they start inside you're terror radius and maybe increase the cooldown a little. This would limit how often they scream and make it so you arent punished for being near the killer when they activate it. Just if they get close to you
Whispers is still the best tracking perk because it's the only one without a counter. Literally zero counters.

Like infectious fright + darkness revealed had a baby. Crazy insane perk gets so much value every time esp for the most moblie of killers. Defo a new meta killer perk survivors can't really play around besides calm spirit.

Okay let's get real for just a moment. This perk is OP right now because the game is essentially "Pay to Win" and they want everyone to buy the chapter. But in a few months this perk will be nerfed. Do we not know the cycle by now?

I think Undying was the strongest tracking, renewal perk ever released. Just the fact that survivors could get within 3 meters of any totem and their aura revealed for 6 seconds and Undying was so strong that combed with Haunted you could trigger Haunted 3 times in 1 game plus see auras.

Tbh I wonder if artist with the one that gives survivors oblivious you could sneak up on them as they are cleansing birds and then can follow due to scream
Also artist in general with this perk would inturupt the action causing free schance to get a bird snipe
I think its fine rn survivors have mft so i think this perk is fine intill mft gets nerfed then nerf this perk
