  1. So if the survivors mess up and 3 gen it's the killers fault? I play both sides equally and like honestly they need to fix alot to make it balanced for both sides not just one. 90 percent killer nerfs 10 percent survivor nerfs isn't gonna cut it. I quit this game for a couple of years and have gotten back into it. Sad to see the same stuff happening again. At least they didn't nerf pig.

  4. Personally im not very excited abt FOV slider. I feel like lower end pc's may struggle to run high fov putting them at a disadvantage over hardware. Which dbd so far has managed to keep to a minimum.

  5. 3 gen has always been boring for both survivors and killers. No one wants to stay in a game for an hour in a battle of attrition and egos. One thing I could see them doing is if a 3 gen situation is detected they boost gen progression by ALOT and limit of much progress is lost by kicking it. This would force the killer to go for kills instead which is much more interesting and balanced than just patrolling 3 gens until one side dies of old age

  6. I think just setting 3 gen distance further would be enough. Its not that hard to deal with but sometimes they are all legit within close eyeshot of each other its kinda crazy sometimes

WHAT A JOKE GAME, IM so happy people are quitting this trahs game! a survivor sided game and they still allow surivvors to spawn on objectives gens and allow survivors to use their power/items when it should be blocked at the start of the match for at least 15 to 20seconds like killers have. game is so badly BALANCED and surivvor sided its pathetic once chucky dies down people will leave even more thank god.

Ok so camping is gone, 3 genning (which is usually the survivors fault btw) is gone, hit and run is probably going to be gone, stbfl and uw (uw is one of the most balanced meta perks) is getting nerfed so casual play is pretty much gone and ds is most likely getting buffed so when people do start tunneling they still lose.

    Meanwhile 80% of maps are in survivors favor, perks like off the record and deliverance still exist and they still have more second chances than I have bones. What are killers meant to do?

  9. If they are balancing this game toward comp, they need to rework Nurse as she breaks the game inherently.

    Also for the 3 gen solution, honestly limiting the amount of slowdown perks you can run, and making them overall less impactful. They could tone Gen speed accordingly, might help that too.

  10. I wonder what the “solution” could be. I think some kind of bonus objective to shuffle the gen spread would be awesome.

    Like here’s a spitball idea, a shrine in the basement that a survivor could pray to in order to persuade the entity into shuffling which remaining gens are unpowered. This would allow the survivors to risk going into a dangerous position in order to save the game from a stand off.

  11. Regarding your 3gen thinking. Boosting other gens when only 3 gens left is game breaking, because when only 3 gens are left they are not all the 3gen strat. Every game eventually will have only 3 gems left.

    Only viable solutions I see is when only 1 gen needs to be repaired, a prevously repaired gen breaks down and becomes available to be repaired, so 4 gens are left to choose from instead of 3.(still only need 1 gen to be repaired)

    Adding an extra gen from the start is an option but that requires more balancing.

    Or just automatically swap the closest gen to a further away gen when only 3 gems are left.

  12. Why do we need a solution for something like 3 gens that is a situation LITERALLY SURVIVORS PUT THEMSELVES INTO?
    Anti grab, anti camps, anti 3 gens, and I already see DS in the list for anti tunnel.

    When do killers receive anti bullying, anti gen camp, anti swf, anti something?
    Its getting embarassing

  13. Although I'm not opposed to removing three Jennings strategies along with camping tunneling and what not. I fear that there are too many safeguards for the survivor side and none for the killers. The survivors have many oppressive things that they can do and I feel like there are no safeguards to save the killer from the survivors when it is needed. And I fear this trend is going to result in killers feeling even less powerful having less options and being dominated by the survivors in the future. I'm not saying to revert them but im saying that I feel like killers need some of these safeguards for them.

    It's extremely difficult to express these arguments in a logical way, As every single person watching this Who plays the game is at a different skill level and a different amount of experience with the game and only go against survivors on a similar level to them. So each person will have a very different experience of the game. Regardless I feel that survivors are getting guard rails but killers are not. Survivors can make mistakes but killers are not able to, And that killers are being put into more situations and the possibility of many more situations where they are just unable to do anything other than watch the survivors run out the exit gates Teabagging as they do. I do hate how overdramatic this sentiment sounds as obviously it is not a constant problem, But it is still a problem that I see and it is a problem that I suspect to get worse.

  14. Behaviour was extremely lazy this yeear in terms of adjusting game balance. No one of my friends plays this game anymore. If you look at the new patch notes it is ridiculous how they only changed one perk in 2/3 months. Instead of changing some numbers up on a bunch of perks for more variety and peerhaps more metas. As it is there is nothing exciting about playing survivor while Killers get new mechanics every 3/4 months.
