  1. At least the Dead Hard nerf stops all four survivors from just using it every 40 seconds because if 3 other people have DH, well good luck LOL.

As far as these gen perks getting nerfed left and right I think the devs might introduce something else to replace it with the anniversary update. None of those perks were good in my opinion, I know Pain Res rose to the top but I saw that nerf coming from a mile away since Pop goes the weasel was gutted.

Blocking could be cool if they give us the right perks to enable it but then again Corrupt intervention has been nerfed and so did Dead Man's Switch.

If we get perks like Jolt that cause explosions from getting survivors going into dying that that would be a cool thing to expand on because a lot of killers suffer when they have to waste time kicking generators. I did an eruption/jolt combo a few times and that shit was nuts because a survivor would get downed, the trapped gens near me would explode and lose 18% because eruption's explosion and jolt's explosion hit it at the same time LOL.

  2. It’s actually surprising they went to this length to kill deadhard. It is no longer a useful or viable perk, which renders it dead weight in survivor builds. I guess now survivors know what it’s like to have a good perk completely slaughtered.

  3. Yeah I'd be cool with the healing thing if it weren't for the boon nerf. They've been trying to make swf and solo queue equal but this is gonna fuck it all up. The number of survivors I encounter who don't heal you is unbearable. Too bad they nerfed self care to oblivion. Nothing will ever be good for both sides in this game. Lol

  4. I hate the fact that devs completely kill perks! It’s why I don’t spend $ on this game anymore and why I’ve just stopped playing daily to maybe a few times a month to not at all! Keep it up devs your doing great work

  5. Why bother calling it circle of healing now if you'd still need a medkit? Like, sure, I'm a survivor main but the majority of my builds that I run don't even have it cause I'd rather bring a medkit and Built To Last. I'm disappointed about the Wraith and Nurse no longer being burned, but having said that, I can't hit a damn burn on them anyways, so it doesn't bother me too much.

And Billy…. Poor, poor Billy 🙁 When I heard that one, all I heard was 'Please, won't somebody think of the children' but 'Please, won't somebody think of poor Billy!'. I play horribly as Billy but jesssssus!

  6. the healing changes have significant chance of killing dbd, ontop of that boon circle of healing didnt need as gutted as hard as it did same with deadhard, tho for boon CoH the person placing the boon should be the only one who can heal infinitely from it no other survivors should be able to heal from it but it should also show the aura, keeping it a mix of everything

  7. I think with the changes. They need to make it so trapper traps can only be disabled by tool boxes. Every other killer has less counter play with flash light burns let’s give trapper some love.

  8. Feels like killers need to be even more op. More boring games, more ragequits… feels like going downhill even faster… i've never been a DH user… but even i feel like it is unfair seeing so many buffs for killers and only 1 decent buff for surviver. This game has frustrated me for a while now and i think it is time to throw in the towel as a surviver main and just quit for a while.

  9. Im soooo tired of this garbage dbd is/does.. id be fine with a 70/30 split aka 70 sided w/killers. But rn it feels like its 90/10 killers/surv — they just keep nerfing us, one day the game will be killer v killer cause surv will be long gone

  10. Okay, look, Call of Brine and Overcharge getting nerfed? Upsetting, but ultimately acceptable. Pain Resonance getting gutted? Now my patience is tapped out. Why would they perform the same ugly song and dance they performed with Hex: Ruin, Pop Goes the Weasel, and Eruption at what is essentially this poor perk's funeral?! I can understand trying to move away from a gen kicking meta, but Pain Resonance only benefits you when you win a chase!
BHVR is basically destroying all of Killers' gen defenses and offering no recourse for dealing with gen rushing! Also, the healing nerfs sound enticing, but those are probably also gonna encourage gen rushing since simply getting out of the game is probably strictly better now! Dammit, BHVR, think about what you're doing to your damn game!!! 😡😡😡

  11. I would have reworked deadhard to give the surv endurance effect instead of going down kinda like mettle, but this one activates still once per unhook.
It would solve a bit the no answer to face camp and synergize with for the people and no mither.

  12. I personally don’t use DH cause I’m for sure not skilled enough to get any use out of it, but I just feel like the nerf was so unnecessary.. killers can so easily wait it out, it’s literally half a second and you get a visual cue when it’s being used.. I just don’t see why they would add the extra step on it.
Especially since DH has already been hit hard with the nerfs. It’s not even a shadow of what it used to be. Seems like they’re just trying to kill the perk completely.

The healing nerfs on the other hand is devastating. I feel like it’ll punish new players especially hard, but also solo q players. They’re kind of forcing you to play swf because you have to rely so heavily on your teammates now and anyone who’s played solo q knows you can’t rely on other players to heal you.
They’re trying to push killers into more chase instead of gen regression but then also making it so survivors will be less likely to engage in chase because they’ll ultimately be punished for it. Especially with every map being changed to help killers out in chases. Seems like there’s a bit of an unbalance in these changes.

  13. We are gonna fuck up the game completely and Billy is gonna get nerfed again because SOOOOOOooooOOOooo many people are Billy Mains. Garbage, and I am glad DBD is now in the dying throes, it should have been here a while ago. But have fun playing this nightmare for money. Its a great thing, as a game dies…..

  14. hey spooky i'm not sure you'll see this but how do you not get scared playing? maybe i'm a scaredy cat, but i'm scared playing both killer and survivor. I have DBD on my phone and my PS4, but i'm so scared to play, how do you do it?

  15. I'll never not have a build with resilience now. So you nerf CoH AND medkits…. let's also nerf healing in general. I really can't 🤦🏼‍♀️🙄 RIP Deadhard. I also don't think it was necessary to nerf all the Gen perks. Let the killers live their lives.
