What I don't understand is, why don't they just buff the speed of the weak M1 killers? Trapper for example, if his kit is so weak and there isn't really much they can change about his kit to buff him, why not just make his base speed 116 or 117 so he's not as weak in chase?

Got a disgusting Cannibal build you got to try!!! Trail of Torment, Hex: Plaything, Fearmonger, & Thrilling Tremors. Overall, the fact that Fearmonger leaves survivors on gens unaware that Trail of Torment is active makes the build so broken.
