What if at the start of each month they disable 3-4 perks from each side, but it only for like 2 weeks. They could disable the currently most used perks doesn't have to be every single one it could just be 2 out of the 4. It might switch up the perks we keep seeing each side use, so we would probably see some more interesting combinations from each side rather than them buffing and nerfing some perks, so people just dont end up using the same shit within a week or 2 at the start of each patch.
