Legion fact: due to a bug this legion doesn't have a terror radius and can t-bag
I feel like wallet is only really good if you base your playstyle around it. Making sure you only expose people who are on gens and 99 them otherwise. You could throw in Merciless storm to make them more tempted to hold onto the gen even if they know you’re on them
This is why I use Philly with license
