After carefully looking at Dead Hard since its last update, we realized that it no longer needs to be as limited as before, due to it being limited to only 2 uses. Therefore it received the following changes
-Buff: After tanking a hit, you no longer receive deep wound
-Buff: Given a new T-Pose animation to intimidate the killer to compensate for mistimed dead hards
-Buff: if every survivor in the lobby has dead hard equiped, the killer is disconnected from the game, granting a win for survivors
