TRAPPER GETS SALTY AT ME | Dead by Daylight

I didn’t really do anything in this game, sure I was cocky / aggresive in how I played, but it was enough to tilt the killer to even have a go at me in end game. We threw the game hard with altruism and gave, somehow, still don’t know how, a 4k when it was a 3 escape!

More about Dead By Daylight:

A group of up to four survivors must elude one killer. The survivors’ perspectives are third-person, while the killer’s perspective is first-person. The survivors cannot fight against the killer and can only survive by running away and evading them. They must use obstacles in the form of wooden pallets, windows, and items that they either find inside chests or bring before the match starts to run from the killer for as long as they can. In order to escape, survivors must repair 5 generators scattered across the entire map to power the exit gates, then they must open the exit gates and leave the area themselves or find a hatch to jump into.

  1. I think the Trapper may have thought you were being salty/complaining? Tone can be hard to tell from text and maybe saw survivor mains that got salty and sounded similar to you, and just couldn't tell you were having a laugh? That might be the most logical explanation, a misunderstanding from them on what you were saying.

  2. I got salt from a teammate a while back.
A Jill calling me trash because I wasn't playing optimal.
She sat on gens while I tried to save my other teammates.
When she was injured I left her my medkit and even died so she could get hatch, since I was on dead hook anyway.
So after the match she complains about the rest of all.
Saying I can't have a bad game when I haven't played that much the week before, since apparently you have to be the best survivor on the team when you have 2k hours.
I had a Sinusitis at that time and hadn't played for about 2 weeks.
Plus: I play for fun, not to win.
Why should I sweat my ass off every game when I can chill, meme or befriend the killer.
    Some people are dense
