I don't understand how knockout is good on the twins I thought it only works with basic attacks so not with victors pounces
Nah, Knock Out only works on M1 killers, they still would see the aura of dying survivors if you down them with Victor, maybe Nurse’s Calling or Barbecue, or any other information perk.
Charlotte can also block doorways.
Deerstalker is personal preference but is often a waste of a perk slot, and Knock Out is so so. Helps with M1 slugging but ideally most downs come from Victor so it's meh

I really think twins best build is something like bbq, ruin, undying and thanatophobia. So few perks work with victor and slowing down the game is super necessary after the victor nerf, but I do like the knock out idea of one on hook, one slugged, sounds cool!
