I have a theory as to why this happens. My assumption is because of the teleport. Since Pinhead can appear at 2 places at once, fading outta one place and into another, there's 2 models in the game at all times and the model gets swapped with every teleport. I reckon that the 2nd model that's not in use is supposed to hide out of bounds but there's a glitch that has it sit idle in bounds.
Something weird I saw when playing against Pinhead today. It spawns in every single game too. It's really odd ahaha
