Quick edit: was massively salty when started typing this, i have a million good memories on dbd, but still the comunity has generally failed me every time ive tried to havr a discussion, so im throwing this out there because still im very passionate about the game and wouldnt mind hearing what other ppl might have to say, also ive edited this comment like 4 times so if something doesnt make much sense…yea

    Ah yes they give it one week, people refuse to adjust (although yes, he obviously needed a slight bump to the range) and now he is another killer that if ur between 70 and 90 ping he grabs you around corners and even if you pre dodge he can suck you into his arms, because we all know that no killer ever has shit ping and it still to this day its a benefit just to them, because actually adressing survivor hitboxes would've taken effort, make it so ur hitbox isnt lingering around a corner? Make it so every medium vault isnt basically a guaranteed hit? Its so fucking pathetic that 6 years in this is not adressed in the slightest because it doesnt affect some people even when we know hitboxes are very badly represented. I love the game and ive met rly great ppl on it, but the fact that every time im getting grabbed around a corner i see myself checking trying to rationalize that my 70 ping that is fine in most games isnt in this one because killer might be laggy as well and maybe we're both far away from the servers blabla its shit, its really a shit feeling and id legit would like to see what other peoples experiences are and discuss it, because at some point it has to be pointed out as an issue in need of adressing

  2. I played only 2 matches with him today but he did feel A LOT better.
    I haven't gotten any BS grabs and I also don't feel I've been robbed any grabs, and I've been going for the grabs more than usual to see how good / fair he feels now.

  3. This doesn't sound like a buff. It sounds like being fixed. Making a killer who couldn't really use their power now be able to use their power isn't buffing them. It's fixing them.

  4. As someone who already was finding success with Wesker on live servers since he came out, I can agree that his hitbox was wack compared to how he was on PTB. (Managed to get Adept Mastermind on my very first match on Live with him.)
    The change to his personal hitbox to objects during Bound felt much better on Live than PTB, but the detection was the problem. Glad to see it's changed to a nice balance between being able to slip through some objects and survivors not getting the same liberty as those objects.

  5. Literally the first game after this update I got the bug where he just immediately let’s go of the survivor on my first grab and quit the game. I’m so done with the speggetti code and this game

  6. hope they give him the ability to slide off of walls that you aren’t looking at. very frustrating when you try and hit someone around the shack and end up colliding with the edge of some tarp hanging off

  7. I've played a few games with him tonight and he really doesn't feel much better at all. I'm still instantly dropping survivors if there's a slight change in terrain, which they said they fixed. I'm still bumping off of survivors/skating through them and I'm noticing this happening from the survivor's perspective too.

    He's nowhere near fixed and is still incredibly frustrating to play as

  8. I don't think it matters because Wesker mains seem to have absolutely no problem with playing him being that they usually all camp and tunnel survivors out. And if they are doing that now because he needed the buff then they should stop doing that when he is fixed right? Lmao no.

  9. I played a couple of game and i can say – in chase he feel a LOT better and it's feels great to use his power to make a grab instead of only cutting distance. But still have many bugs which needs to be fixed.

  10. It feels a lot better but I find myself itching to go back to Blight. There's just so much more mechanical depth to Blight's power, and I hate having to deal with all of Wesker's slowdowns, cooldowns, and windup.

  11. I'm sick and tired of the bug where you slam someone into a wall but it doesnt register, it just infects them and lets them go when literally fully hitting the wall. Made me quit mid game just now again and it's hilarious how BHVR did not fix this in this update.

  12. The collision for killer compared to survivor is a bit unbalanced. I hear and have experienced the grab when trying to loop. Getting caught on crap you virtually don't see, while the killer slides over everything with ease. Some of the hits last night were a bit over grabby. I was behind him several times, and yet I still was grabbed. The pallets are having a bug with his power as well.
