Wraith is definitely an A-tier killer, bare-minimum. He practically has no weaknesses. Insanely high mobility, unrivaled stealth, solid anti-loop, strong map-oppression, his add-ons provide massive information, and so on. Might be top 5 or top 4, tbh.
