  1. My biggest worry with the game going forward is what happens when their licensing with horror franchises run out? They already showed they'll straight up remove that content with Stranger Things for people who didn't buy it. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre game comes out in August, will they lose that license too? Will they eventually lose The Evil Dead pack?

Essentially half the content packs have a chance of being removed from the game permanently and that's kinda worrying.

  2. That tier list is all sorts of wtf nurse even after the nerf still remains top of the killer world easily spirt should be down at A and a few other placements are odd. Knight is not like Artist at all? Hell knight is most comparable to SM if anyone both zoning killers who if you just hold forward you can deny their power almost always. And just last little thing we do not need a RE chapter 3 if Jack ever comes he should just be a legendary for Billy. Outside of that Year 7 was the weirdest roller coaster in a bit great start very lukewarm end to it sprinkled with great QoL

  3. Forged in fog was ok at best while very buggy the rework after the mid chapter made it much more playable and with the gen kick meta starting to die off it should be imo a mid level addition. Tools of torment i will never touch. The cosmetics and overall charcter design/lore, even the perks are all complete dog shit. I consider myself a completionist with the tomes but i will be skipping every challenge that will involve that chapter. I straight up refuse to buy it. Even if it were gifted to me, i would decline the gift.

  4. I just think the matchmaking needs to be fixed and the game will be fine. Dbd is just not a competitive game and will never be because of the impossibility of perfectly balancing an asymmetric game. So, the matchmaking should not be based on MMR. The old matchmaking was much better. You got either an extremely difficult opponent or an extremely easy opponent and everything in between. So, it wasn't a sweat fest every single game.

  5. nurse will always be top 1 with her power of being able to teleport and go through any object in the map. spirit and blight aren't even close to overpowering her. they have to deal with windows, pallets, walls, mindgames. nurse will never have to deal with any of that bs. saying that blink becoming a special attack was THAT big of a nerf is very inaccurate.

  6. My tinfoil theory is that RE chapter was the last chapter they worked with full force. Since we know BHVR Is cooperating in the Silent hill multiplayer game Konami is making. I doubt they sent anything but some of their best developers to work on that, so that's why everything after these chapters has been lackluster or repeats of mistakes that has been made before

  7. I ended up quitting this year. Not for good I think. It wasn't even a conscious decision, I was just so tired and frustrated with the game that one day I played it and then didn't open it up again because I couldn't take it anymore. I still watch my fav dbd content creators, and I'm hopeful for the game's future. But at the moment they've lost me.

  8. I'd like to see the return of bootleg versions of licensed killers if for no other reason than flavour differences, ideally not having them step on the toes of other potential original killers but that's truly up in the air.

  9. My hope for the next year of DbD is an indefinite killswitch of Twins and Nurse

EDIT: why tf would BHVR keep Twins skins around for purchase when they don't get bought anyways? You can complain all you want about the least played killer getting nothing but from a marketing standpoint, there's no value in doing anything for them. They're the least liked, least marketable; why tf would they ever keep out consistent content for them?
