A player has recently achieved DBD’s first 1000 winstreak! A massive accomplishment but it raises the question… should this even be possible?

  1. Momo got a 1000 winstreak, good on him, to bad the commmunity (Aka survivor mains) used this to harass him and calling this game killer sided, which no, Momo is the best blight in dbd comp he was just better then them, and yes it should be possible, i would rather no have a system that gives one side a advantage if they are winning back to back to back that would be broken, he is just good at the game and so he is gonna win more often

  2. I think the question posed is something that escaped many outraged by this- many people went “I don’t think it should be possible to have a 1000 win streak”

But like- okay- where do YOU find it acceptable?

    10 wins?
    20?
    50?
    100?

Like the number is entirely arbitrary,

Also I don’t get the point about the survivor win streak, as you said, you can’t compare solo survivor to killer, and there’s plenty of videos about
“The 200 escapes in a row” streaks so- both sides can do it

I still think blight and nurse are fundamentally broken (nurse more than blight ) and they need to be needed, or reworked, as they’re so far away from the rest of the killers they make system changes nightmare (look at healing nerf, helped killers like the twins , which is good, but now nurse is unstoppable and unbeatable because nurse benefits much more from it, just because she’s already stronger than the rest )

  3. "Should it be possible" I think is just a basic "No." for BHVR.

But the 1k winstreak honestly goes deeper than just Blight/certain strategies being strong. Since the last PTB, I've realized DBD has a personality disorder.

BHVR seems to know what they want, a balanced fun game. The community however, still has 0 clue. Since competitive is on the rise with community cups, more held tournaments, and other events. More and more people are wanting to play competitively, but all the casual players that don't exactly care for it, want the game to stay as it was in 2018 or 2020. More of a party game with both sides having broken things that result in more fun moments.

I'm sure you've seen the "DBD nostalgia" people recently. Which also ties into the fact that there's NOTHING like DBD that has a playerbase.

DBD has grown up, and a lot of the players back form 2016-2019 refuse to grow up with it. Which, sadly, involves MOST currently big content creators. And since there's no other game like DBD to play (Compared to people who don't like CSGO can go play valorant) they're stuck playing DBD.

Honestly not sure what BHVR could do to "fix" this, I doubt adding a comp mode would do anything

  4. I really love these discussion videos you do! I really don't think it should be possible to win 1000 games in a row with any killer and I feel like it was made easier because of how strong Blights addons are in general. I hope they nerf them soon.

  5. If he had won 500 Games lose 1 Game and than won the next 500 matches no one would give a fck. Hens with his team had a 200+ winstreak (with restrictions), lets say they played 1000 games and only lose once every 200 games, that's still a 99,5% winrate. But somehow this would be fine but 100% not. Luckily not every SWF is Team Eternal and not every Blight is Momo or Lilith.
