  1. Scott has always been a killer biased content creator but this is just wild. you had to have done something wrong, because the math just doesn't add up. either that or all exhaustion perks are bugged. that's the only two possible explanations for overcome giving more distance than sprint burst, period.

  2. flashlights are great against her tho, you can destroy the crows with them. It still takes too long to destroy them to the point where she'll catch up to you, but it's still an option

  3. "Looping is the only skill survivors have" ← basically the problem with the game imo.
Looping for me is the most boring thing ever, i suck at it so maybe thats why but i also have 0 desire to try and get better.
I also feel like it makes toxicity easier when u can basically just run circles around the killer, drop a pallet and stand and wait to force the killer to kick the pallet.

I personally would much prefer the game to go back to what it was suppose to be when it first came out which was a fun wayyyy less sweaty and competitive "Hide and seek" kinda game
Where the idea is to escape the killer instead of just trying to waste their time.

  4. Despite the fact that the Twins were bad design in other respects (slugging, camping, ~10 second self-stun), they are the perfect example of an anti-hold-W killer. Charlotte is a standard killer without any power and so she can be looped skillfully, and Victor is countered quite heavily by certain terrain, loops, windows, and pallets if the survivors play well around it. On the other hand, since Victor has 150% move speed, holding W does not work at all against the Twins.

Yes, the Twins have had serious anti-fun issues both for survivors and the killer playing them, but in terms of anti-hold-W, they are the perfect example of good design.

  5. Confused on why this Killer can place her traps so fast compared to a Trapper or Hag, whose traps do NOT do a long range snipe. Trapper and Hag traps last indefinitely, but can also be destroyed, so that can't be it. I feel this killer's ability should take longer to place, giving the survivor better counter play, and making the killer need to be more careful when she decides to try to set something up. Hell, I think she can place 3 traps faster than Freddy placing bloodpools, and all his do is snare AND they need to be asleep to be affected.

  6. Deathslinger gets nerfed so you need a new Deathslinger-like gameplay Killer. – 'bHvR LoGic'
When i see this it makes me almost coming back to Dbd. Sounds ironical? Well not my fault

  7. ig a small silver lining to this is that grabbing survivors will be more powerful, catching someone in a trap and grabbing them is superior to hitting and risking them running away at mach 10

  8. You'd think it wouldn't just be killers complaining about this.
Survivors need to realize that winning all the time with the same strats isn't fun and if you dont complainin too then bhvr won't fix it.

  9. I'm gonna play when it comes out of course. It does not sound good. But I'll see what's up. Honestly just waiting for VHS. Sucks since i feel like I'm getting better at killer. Its just crazy on what i have to deal with. I mean just right out of the gate if i don't use corrupt and go in the wrong direction in the map that's likely 2 gens before i start a chase.
Plus ive been getting into higher mmr games and getting hit with stuff that just is dumb af.

  10. I think I have lost all interest to play this game after seeing the PTB yesterday. BHVR is simply out of killer ideas, and pumping out some boring killer every 3 months isn't helping them. Guess it's time to buy Red Dead Redemption 2 and explore new titles after 4 years of playing this game.

  11. Overcome is an exhaustion perk that does absolutly nothing after being unhooked. Sprint burst does.
It's like holding a neon sign saying "Pls tunnel me of hook as i have no exhaustion perk untill i healed up"
It's just… not good. Terrible designed and just not good. SB is just better overall

Sure overcome is slightly more distance then sprint burst. But sprint burst is available on unhook. Or if you can't heal. Or if you face any kind of oneshot.
