  1. I've been saying for years that Art should join. I even had a couple of tweets with Damien Leone and he said that he'd be interested. I think that was back in 2018. Glad to see that the sequel is getting the attention it deserves and hopefully that means we'll see a Terrifier chapter.

  2. In the Mathieu Cote interview from The King posted a few days ago.
Mathieu said that he was aware that people over analyse what he likes on twitter, so he said he would be more cautious now.
So if they are talking about this, he knows that people would jump to conclusions if he liked the tweets.

  3. On one hand, he has super cool design and looks nothing like the other clown. In fact he has the coolest clown design I've seen in a while, probably because he's a mix of a clown and a mime. On the other hand I wouldn't call him iconic (at least not yet), but it's not like that should stop him from getting in the game, espeacially if there is enough hype. But I think he might be too brutal and gorey for BHVR and they certainly wouldn't be able to recreate that in the game and I think they wouldn't even want to. So he definitly wouldn't be as brutal and gorey as he is in the movies and that wouldn't do him much justice since that's the biggest reason for him to be in the game.

  4. It doesn’t really work, there’s already a clown so what would his name be? What would his power be? Kind wish art could replace clown, he’s my least played killer 😭

  5. Ngl him begging on his knees for bhvr to add art is really cringey. If he just made one tweet whatever, but this man is making multiple tweets. At this rate i doubt art is gonna even have a chance to make it in the game.

  6. I have a feeling he is just going to be brought as a legendary skin because there's already clown in the game so what would he even be called and cote really wants Pennywise anyways so

  7. I think that there's a difference between hype for a very established content (like FNaF, Chucky, Jason Vorhees, etc), and hype for a movie that's on a hype train (Terrifier in this case).

It's a risk for something that came out so recent and haven't established to be extremely well known for years to come to be introduced into a game with has quite a bit of iconic characters and killers already featured. Relevancy to time and how active that community is in respect to multiple months and years is vital. If Terrifier were to be introduced and no one gave a shit about the film or the francise within a few months, then is it really worth having it permanently involved into a quite-established game now (DbD)?

  8. Steve Barton comes off as extremely annoying and desperate in all his tweets to Matthew Cote. If you have to beg for your IP to have a collab with another IP, it takes away a lot of the surprise and value of it imo.
