How dare killers think they have a right to use a cool killing animation when the survivor is dead on hook anyway… The survivor has the right to CHOOSE to be mori’d! THANK GOODNESS BHVR IS TAKING A STAND! NO MORE SURVIVORS SHALL BE MORI’D AGAISNT THEIR WILL!

  1. I think I read into this in a completely different way than you did, and obviously half of this is me talking out my ass because we have no hard info, but this is what I got from it:

I think Mori’s are actually being buffed. They’ve been pretty much gutted since the last nerf, and it sounds like they’re working to implement them as an actual game mechanic. My perception on the “Survivors can choose to interact or suffer the consequences” is similar to the NOED argument. The key word being “suffer the consequences”, which makes it sound like they can either ignore and hope they don’t get Mori’d, or go out of their way to prevent it which will (hopefully) slow down their trial progress, in the exact same way where we say “if you don’t want to deal with noed, just do bones.”

But then you get to how the keys tie into this, which we have even less to go off of, but it’s possible they’re going to function in the same way new Mori’s might, in that there are extra objectives or tasks required to use them?

I’m not sure. I think without more information it’s hard to definitely say whether this is good or bad, but based on what we’ve heard I think that this could be a positive change for killers & am hopefully optimistic for when it rolls around.

  2. Like… don't we already have to earn moris? By hooking a survivor twice? And weren't keys and moris supposed to be nerfed together? I don't even think they changed keys at all. This game feels super survivor sided sometimes.

  3. 0:16 "We have been lessening to the fans"
Killer mains: "So that was a fucking lie"

Mean while in survivor land….. Swf, 30 pallets per match, can leave match when there's only 2 gens with key, infinite,s, brand new part, DS, Dead hard, Borrowed time, And Now Being Able To Say No To Mories
    Balance AF

  4. I think the idea of "changing people's perception on Mori's" isn't a bad one. Integrating it into being a part of the gameplay can genuinely make Mori's more fun. I don't even use Mori's cus it just makes me lose bloodpoints and sometimes I just have a bad game and waste them lol. This also can stop people from bitching about it so much, so it might actually be nicer for killers in the long run.

Cus let's face it: Mori's aren't too great anyways

  5. You can tell McLean is the only one that plays their game and it shows. The amount of stupidity that comes out of the devs mouths is unfathomable lmao. Let's just practically remove the killer's second means of killing survivors, but let survivors keep their keys that, bare with me, they can ALL escape with.

Oh, they "uttered" something about them being changed for like a whole 4 seconds lol.

  6. I'm survivor main and In my opinion that first op mori was the best, there was always this one, different match, when u felt more alive, scared sth like that.

  7. What the actual fuck? The person is already dead on hook and downed when you use a Mori? They're literally just an alternate way to end a survivor. There is almost 0 advantage to bringing Moris anymore, they're just for fun but apparently that's too toxic. Well to be fair survivors earn keys in their trials all the time, the have to open a chest! Very balanced, very fun.

  8. New objective. No more moris, no more key item on bloodweb. One key in the match spawns when hatch does. And survivors have to either continue to do gens or switch to getting the key. Probably blocked by some other objective they have to do. Maybe it gets easier as survivors die. Once the key is gotten, or close to it, killers can now mori any survivor on a certain hook state. If survivors don't try for key, mori cannot be used. I'm calling it now.

  9. Next death hook is set at 5 hooks and we will spread out hooks and allow permanent sabotaging to make the game less toxic because all of us who work here are survivor mains who are terrible at our own game.
