Everyone should have a solution to deal with cheaters not just Fog whispers…
At the moment playing Killer is basically impossible for me.
I wait 10 – 20 minutes for a game to be greeted by a cheater to then have another 15 min + DC ban then to have to wait another 10 – 20 minutes for a cheater.
BHVR have told me they don’t care it’s automated though!! 🙂

I’m far too late to the party but you should have ran this video over 10 min and said it was sponsored. Then said it was sponsored by all the hackers and thank them for the contribution they’ve given to you by being pathetic enough for you to have to make a video about it. I’m sure you would have to be more PR but ehhh. If you have to cheat in a game where you as a person decide what you consider winning? You’ve got other problems you need to sus out.
As a small content creator and streamer I get hit by hackers but it seems to be more when I am not live. I tend to just edit videos while they hold me hostage.
Bhvr needs to setup server side validation. It won't stop cheating but it'll mitigate 99% of the issues. Clearly there are upper limits to in game actions. If those limits are set on the server, holding players hostage, insane walk/run & heal speeds won't be a thing. At this point, it's incompetence or just out right penny pinching bc they don't want to spend the $ to address the issues.
Honestly, I think they should just remove the DC penalty in general…. Worst case scenario, solo queue will become obsolete, but at least cheaters can't hold matches hostage anymore
have u tried having a screen to put up when you finish a match so they can't even c wen ur back in the lobby or ready up

Killers just shouldn’t have a DC penalty point blank period until this hacker issue is under control. That’s the easy quick ass way to fix this. There just to stupid to realize it literally out here treating people like they don’t have the LUXURY of not being held hostage as killer because they’re not a fog whisperer. How ridiculous. It’s not Like your average capped mmr killer that’s NOT A content creator runs into hackers all the time right. Smh every single time I’ve gotten a hacker as playing killer I just DCd straight away and went straight to survivor and didn’t look back. Since this whole hacker epidemic started a little while back I’ve only played killer a handful of times. And that’s just how it goes when you treat your community that way, I know I’m not the only one that’s not putting up with that shit anymore. I just simply don’t have the patience to sit there for an indefinite amount of time hostage or to serve an indefinite amount of penalty time for DCing. Regardless it’s a lose lose for the killer and I’m not taking part in that shit anymore. I’ve always been survivor main but NOW I’m straight to the bone 100,000% survivor main. Fuck that
they should remove killer DC penality till this all blows over
All they need to do is tie the end of the match to the endgame-collapse timer rather than the last player dying. It would be SO easy.

Since I'm still very new to the game (90hours) and my highest grade ever was Bronze 1, I only ever came across one cheater which was pretty much at the beginning of me playing the game. At least I think it was a cheater…
I was playing Buba and insta downed someone and he managed to get himself up in like 5 seconds. I know there is Unbreakable and alot of perks to speed up recovery but I think 5 Seconds is still a bit to fast even with all the speed up perks. Him instantly quitting the game afterwards was also very dodgy to me. (this was shortly after a rank reset)
This is giving off the mindset of "if we don't see it it's not there". As long as content creators aren't making videos on the situations, then surely cheating isn't that bad right?
It's total BS. they're just trying to bury the problem instead of fix it by making it to where content creators don't have to deal with it, and so maybe they'll stop complaining about it and BHVR can go back to ignoring the rest of the community acting like they don't see the problem.

Imagine actually having to fix your game or add basic levels of protection to it by not making it possible for a fucking cheater to insert themselves in to a specific persons lobby. Madness.
I come across a cheater like once or twice a week, they just finish all gens in 1 second and then leave. Atleast they aren't keeping me hostage so I can just go to another match.
I don't even bother reporting, it doesn't work unless you contact BHVR support. Also they are on Epic Store. The game never should have been free on that platform at all.
They need to remove the dc penalty ALL TOGETHER
I personally haven't hit the lobbies with cheaters to often. When I have its just the ones that auto repair all gens and open gates to insta escape. So at least those games are short??
Had quite a lot of cheaters. Had plenty of Insta heal an flying survivors, flying myers throwing hatchets, nemesis in my plague game. Dodged a lobby few days ago as there was an onryo in the survivor line up. People get off the floor without unbreakable, Insta open gate, insta gens, switching off collision then switching it back on for uhooks. Sent loads of clips to behavior get a bot response never a proper one from a human. "Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff"
