For me the 3 gen thing is op because they can't finish a gen but you need to be good at the 3 gen and knowing when to chase and leave

Of course if you have a 3 gen you have a lot of pressure of making the survivors not to do gens but instead making the survivors hide

I think the biggest thing about the three gen strat is not just about defending the gens. You also put pressure on the survivors but you stay near your three gen and make it impossible to do those gens but keep some pressure on survivors. Don’t just throw the game entirely for your three gen and that strat will succeed
