  1. i don't know. I feel like even if you're chasing 2 people at the same time, where it doesn't net you a down because of a good body block and then both can get to a safe pallet to reset the chase, and the other 2 are on gens you're slowly losing the match. But it's just speculation until we see on live server

  2. I appreciate the level-headed assessment of the situation which helped me realize I was getting a little worried over nothing nearly as bad.

  3. deadass I think Im the only one who made the play to take 5-6 hits in a clip… you dont necessarily have to throw a game… but you do have to do the dumbest set up

  4. I dont know tbh I kinda agree with scott that endurance meta might not be that big of a deal but at the same time it will hurt centein killers. Not all killers can use SBFL that well. Huntress and Trickser come to mind first for me. You not going to use SBFL on those killers and bodyblocking against them with endurance will be pretty strong I feel. Think about it, you a huntress who chasing someone who just unhooked some with OTR. The person with OTR goes get healed by a teammate and comes back and eat two of your hatches throws that could down the person you chasing. At that point you might be competely out of hatches and have to reload meaning you have to break chase and those two survivors now can go off and heal. That time was waste for you as well that that point. Yeah those two may not be doing gens but you not getting downs or hooks either. Meanwhile you also have two other survivors doing gens in the background. So yeah for few killers this new meta is going to kill them and make them really unfun to play.

  5. Honestly I'm way more worried about how strong gen slowdown builds will be in this patch. Overcharge is so good now and the fact that deadlock and no way out weren't touched at all just means gen slowdown will still be king especially with high tier killers like nurse and blight. If people actually play for this endurance meta then this will make the slow game speed even more relevant and could lead to a noticeable rise in kill rates

  6. It's "win" mindset again. Who cares about wins when gameplay experience is clunky and miserable? Endurance abuse shouldn't be possible. In good hands coordinated bodyblocks already strong, any tournament confirms this.

  7. My problem with new meta isn't about its "OP" (even if it is, I have no idea coz I'm not that experienced player). My problem with new meta is that how I'm supposed to have fun punching people if that mean nothing. 5 healthstates of survivor is just so frustrating that even if I encounter such situation only once in a match (I bet it'll be more than once) and spend whole minute hitting survivor who don't give a damn standing on place this will be enough to make whole match frustrating despite if I win in the end. I don't care about winning, I care that if my overplayed surv in mindgame I'm rewarded by anything beyond "FU I have indurance".

  8. I find it funny that a lot of the meta changes in dbd rarely affects mad grit users. Like that time when boil over became meta, run mad grit. This time, body blocking on hooks with 5 endurance stacks, run mad grit. I know it's not op but boy its really fun.

  9. since gen speed got higher by 10 seconds and thanatophobia got buffed, I hadn't had a Legion game where not one or not more than 1 gen got finished.
I think there will be many changes where the percentages will get lowered and everything is gonna get rebalanced again, especially som endurance perks and some killer perks.

  10. Having to hit survivors up to 5 times to down them feels… problematic. Maybe Off The Record should applied Exhausted if they're hit to avoid a DH or something else to avoid stacking so many perks that make the game take far too long to down survivors? 3 hits is fine (with DH, OTR ot MoM) but 5 is just obnoxious.
