How about this. Survivors don’t get a swf action debuff, but for two or more swf, killer gets a boost. Maybe similar to pwyf and stbfl. A small boost to movement and or hitting. That stacks with those perks. Nothing extreme, just something to bridge the gap to the swf’s speed and efficiency.
I've thought for quite some time that if youre a 4 man or 3 man swf, your perks should be diminished to compensate. EG: smaller buff to prove thyself, longer exhaustion times, less borrowed time. Theres so many games where you can tell that the team youre playing against gets hard carried by voice comms and sometimes run perks that would be a wasted slot in solo (breakout, saboteur, head on). Irritating. But also nerf bubba's chainsaw because that is so stupid
I played bubba with the blight serum, horrible decision I forgot after every hook and when I went to chainsaw at the perfect time I would just yeet myself into oblivion

A debuff to SWF repair speed would not even go noticed by casual players. They just know they have the power to avoid a nerf, so they abuse it.
Good nerf for SWF would be restricting perks. like 4 ppl is each get 2 perks, 3 ppl you get 3 perks and 2 ppl just get all 4.
The funny thing is that they always do give plenty of warning about nerfs for survivor things especially when it is a meta perk but when the nerf finally happens they also buff about 10 other perks so it can negate some of the backlash

I’ve only used the blighted serum once. It was on plague and I also kept forgetting I had it on. I would try and puke on a survivor and just zoom past them instead. That was actually a rare 12 hook game for me too. I think I used the add on correctly once out of those 12 times 😅

I understand that swf is a big problem and its really annoying to play against as killer. The problem with nerfing swf straight up is that when people play together and don't get in comms together. I would like to say that the general survivor side should be nerfed and then solos should be buffed to a similar level of communication as swf. This would make swf and solos more similar in balance making it much easier to balance the game all together.
I gave up after never ending boon totems to be honest. I just watch Tru3 from time to time now.

– Lol, I did the exact same thing with Blight Serum that Tru did, I kept forgetting I had it and zipping past survivors. It's why I stopped using those Serum's altogether, just one less thing to worry about. 😄
– I agree with Tru on making the game not allow stretched screen rez, hopefully it will happen some day but who knows?
– I almost agree with Tru on balancing swfs, except I'd go the opposite way. Instead of nerfing action speed on survivors who play in a swf, give solo survivors a buff to compensate for not being in a swf. That would similarly even the playing field and match results between solo survivor matches and swf matches. Then, if you buffed the solo survivors, also slow down gen speed overall to compensate so the overall game balance is roughly where it is now. (Or if you went with Tru's idea of nerfing swf speeds, then maybe slightly speed up gens just a hair to compensate so the overall game balance is kept where it is.)
I have a possible solution to making SWF better for killer.
Have the match recognize who's loading in with friends, then once they load into a match it grants the killer with a buff of aura reading. On top of that any survivor in a SWF you kill you receive a bonus in bloodpoints.
I play alot with friends, and our strongest tool is information. If the killer gets that equal information back, it makes the match more challenging, and also rewards the killer for killing a potentially more challenging survivor.
Swf would b fixed if they turned it onto proximity chat as soon as the match starts to load. Make whispers where u, the killer, can make out what they r saying but it's just muffled sounds otherwise. Instant fix and get it ready for vr. This game would b sick n vr

Tru can u do some videos where you try consol I feel like ps4 cannot keep up with the game and it just lags ridicelously. I have a LAN cable in and the amount of skips I have is literally ridicelous
