Killers cannot see the flashbang ontop of the gens with blastmine for future reference
You can actually see if there's a blast mine on the gen. A skinny flashbang will be on top of the Gen
Nice! Gearhead is cool now. Picture this: when killers kick a gen, it shuts down stopping its movement and not making any noise but preserving its progress. That way it'd be easier for killers to patrol gens. And picture this: survivors have to restart a damaged gen with a "starting gen" hold animation that takes X seconds (and can be done with teammates) instead of just tapping them to continue repairing. There are tons of ways in which devs could make this fundamental aspect of the game more interesting, but gens are pretty much the same since launch.
Why can’t gearhead just show survivor traps and totems… would be a much better perk

i think there just too many pallets. maybe even 1 less pallet per map would be enough. i get survivors just running pre-drop every pallet loop after loop. 2 min chases and junk. its unfun.
Gearhead works wonders on killers that get fast injuries. Ghostface, Legion, etc. Also on killers that can move across map fairly quickly. Nurse, Sadako, Freddy etc. https://youtu.be/DLxkyFM8a4M
I stopped using gen kick because of flashbang and plus gen kick is nearly dead so I don't waste my time anymore. This match helps solidify my point.
Im not 100% sure who sees the blast mine. I beleive it could be killer as well. I just remembered seeing it on a top tips you dont know type video
A big issue with the DBD community is they associate being able to win with good game design and use that as a reason for having an invalid point. You'll give evidence of something being bad design like constantly dropping chase due to loops being too strong and 3 god pallets back to back that have no gameplay other than breaking a pallet but you'll win the match in that evidence and they'll say "well you won so it's good design". Ignoring the fact the gameplay to get the win is just not engaging and good game design is one that's actually engaging for everyone.
Ironically they'll be the same people saying things like Nurse is broken and if you use the exact same flawed logic and say "you can win vs Nurse", then suddenly that excuse for how it isn't bad design isn't wrong.
