Addons are renjiros body glove and any other add on that makes survivors bleed more frequently. It’s more meant for indoor maps with less use of your power and more just making the survivors bleed a lot and you always knowing their location due to the iri add on. Gotten to red ranks several times with this build but I’d love to see you try it out please!

Ive been using rapid brutality with steel on alien. Rapid isnt great unless youve got the steel stacks then it shines

Add-ons: "The Ghost" Spot and Bone Clapper or Coxcomber Clapper (You can choose between Bone or Coxcomber)
Perks: Discordance, Eruption, Nowhere to Hide, and Pop Goes The Weasel

I think it would be risky but Forced Hesitation over Jolt might make it even faster since you group them all together.
Ngl, the best way to use rapid brutality is playing killer that can force hits. So that's nice you picked up Doctor for trying it out and i think other great examples could be Clown, Knight, Pinhead and maybe Pyramid head/Huntress?
I tried a build that I've had decent success with for clown which was stbfl, rapid brutality, corrupt and jolt if you wanna give it a try
If you replace jolt with Forced Hesitation you can get a much stronger slugger build with the downside of no passive pressure
