Big tip for billy though, don't sleep on shadowborn. When back revving that extra wide angle helps a lot cause the survivors want to try and juke the chain saw. Catches people off guard a lot.

I wish I could control Billy. His chainsaw dash is so frustrating to me. I don't under how people can weave in and out obstacles and make Oni like flicks with him at 90°.

Lethal Pursuer + Double engravings allows you to pretty much start a chase provided the map isnt an indoor one plus engravings allow for some mad curving on loops!
Pinhead is so easy
dude fuck billy's chainsaw driftiness lol. Especially that sharp turn he instantly does if your camera drifts even a pixel in either direction on dash start. I'm trying to learn him just cause why not, I need tinkerer anyway, and wow has it been moderately fun. First 2 games I got shit stomped but this last one I actually kinda popped.
If your trying to learn billy I recommend not using add ons
So the second game must have been lower MMR right?
