  1. You could easly get multiple killers in one match in the early days of the game. The button in custom games to switch roles was present in normal lobby but couldn't be pressed once you were searching for match, but of there was a bug to press it meaning while you were queuing as a survivor you could change your character to hillbilly for example, then billy would appear as one of the survivors. I don't remember how it looked in the match tho, it was a long time ago.

    I also remember that I experiancedsome of anomalies not mentioned in this video, but I can't remember them. The only thing that comes to mind is a generator spawing on Midwich in the room with breakable door next to gate, this is apparently rare but not someting you see only once in your life lol

  2. sashko! i don’t know if you remember this, but around 4 months ago i commented about ghostface and how in early versions instead of applying exposed he would swing his knife twice. and for the longest time, even i couldn’t find it, although i remembered seeing it long ago. but finally, i’ve found something.

    you’ll have to go to around a minute in and set it to 0.25 speed, but you can see how the ghostface’s lunge looks strange, and if you pay attention to the dwight’s icon, you can actually see it goes from healthy to injured to downed, but it happens incredibly quickly.

  3. I dont know if this would count, but one time on lery's, i got main room gen, and 2 other gens all within 18 meters of each other. I was playing insta down clown so i decided to leave the 3 gen as it was genuinly unfair to hold it, i think i took a screen shot, but 2 of the gens were literally 8 meters away from each other.

  4. I actually have experienced that gen above the bathroom on Gideon before, a few months ago. It completely threw me off. Another weird anomaly I've came across a few weeks ago involves a chest spawn on Dead Dawg Saloon. I ALWAYS see a chest spawn on the bottom back of the saloon and for the first time ever a few weeks back, it was completely absent. No offerings or anything to tweak it, either. It was just gone. First time I've seen that and I've been playing since before the map was introduced.

  5. Wait the mystery boxes aren't back???? Is my game bugged then cause I got multiple in a row a few days ago? Kind of wish I recorded it this is a bug then. Just thought they decided to add them back.

  6. I'm pretty sure the reason why the gens spawns are sometimes rare like in those two cases is because of the Pustula flower challenges. When someone equips that, it will spawn one of those big flowers instead of a gen so the gen placements are sometimes odd or even bugged. One time I saw a pustula flower spawn in the bottom floor of Gideon and both of the giants doors were closed, meaning that if you fell down the large chute above, you were basically stuck until all the gens were completed.

  7. You can get some bizarre hook and generator placements with too many spawnables active. An example is playing as Pig, Plague, Sadako, Pyramid Head, Singularity, Alien, Wesker, or Nemesis and bringing Hoarder as well as multiple totem perks. By doing so, you'll add an additional chest to the map, and force a guaranteed amount of totems to exist, which can cause deep backup spawns to be used for things lower in the list in generation like generators or hooks. If Survivors also bring the offerings that spread out hook placements, it can affects results even more drastically.

    Pig causes puzzleboxes to spawn, taking up locations that chests may spawn first.
    Plague pools take up places that chests or totems can spawn.
    Pyramid Head's cages have their own spawns, but slightly reposition the spawns of other things like chests, hooks, and generators to avoid them being too close to other objectives.
    Sadako's TVs are the same as Plague pools.
    Wesker chests spawn in places that chests can spawn, but do not overwrite the amount of chests that spawn, causing potential clutter and forcing other objectives to be repositioned.
    Nemesis is the same as Wesker.
    Singularity's are the same as Pig boxes.
    Alien's are similar to both Pig boxes AND Sadako TVs, potentially taking up important spaces where even hooks can spawn, though they can exist in the same 'tile' as other spawnables.

  8. I knew about the first 2 gen anomalies mentioned but only really saw one of them recently-ish.

    If I remember correctly, the Gallows one was like forever ago and around the time I started to notice that maps some certain logic to them because I remember going up to the gallows to do the gen, not see it there, and go "huh, guess it's not a set spawn", and continue to think this was a fever dream for forever until this vid.

    The gen above the bathroom though is one I actually do remember seeing within the past year because I knew it never spawns there. But I noticed the sliding doors were closed in that room once and seeing the gen in the middle. This one I think they try to experiment with every now and then to see if it's a good idea(kinda like the upstairs rooms of Dead Dawg and the whole 2nd floor of the reworked Myers's house) or if gen spread stars align and it really is just a 0.3% chance. For those that are curious on which door was closed, the side that you can't work the gen on is closed since it's the closest(which is the logic of the map). You can actually see it slightly in the picture too with half the door being open.

  9. Should've mentioned the bug with Visceral Cankers, where if one spawned on The Game after activating the challenge you'd have a bugged drop down room with no way in or out. The only thing inside being the Visceral Canker and you'd end up trapped there all match

  10. Another super ultra mega rare (i think the most rare in the game) is the generator inside the silent hill reception (the small room near the escape gate, where a breakable door spawns)

  11. I remember playing dead dawgs with a hook on the gallows back in early 2021. After I blocked the stairs of the gallows, preventing survivors from saving their teammate, I have never seen this spawn again

  12. I have seen both gen anomalies and witnessed the 2 killer bug as survivor. I only know it was a Myers and a Doc, but I don't remember what happened with the TR, as it was years ago and was still pretty new to the game. I also had a killer join the pre-lobby once which made me leave (I didn't want to get a hacker) and I had 5 survivors in the lobby and no killer. The match loaded normally but finished as soon as it finished loading.

The hook definitely used to spawn on top of the gallows because I sent a ticket to BHVR saying that if hooked up there and the killer stands at the top of the stairs, it is impossible to be saved. I kicked off about it because the customer support agent wanted to know things like what add ons the killer was using, like what does that matter just tell the devs it’s impossible to be saved up there if the killer blocks the stairs! 😂

  14. I feel like Lery's having multiple maps to indicate the different wings would be actually kind of amusing. Having some variety between the whole one floor operation of the map we know and something that might have some more verticality to it. It'd be more warranted than the five badham maps we have.. WHY DO WE HAVE FIVE?

  15. by the way… i had mystery boxes from the previous event left BEFORE we got bloodmoon. and yeah i also had an offering from random things in it (like a dowsing rod)

  16. Honestly, I think that wierd gen spawn are neither a bug or a feature. It's possible that every gen spawn is paired with one or two more spots, even stationary ones that has no goal to ever be missing. But if there's an error with map generation and that stationary gen is unable to spawn for some reason, the game just spawns another one connected to it to not dc everyone and to not load in broken state. And those gens connected to stationary ones (like Gideon's bathroom) are from the era when they were testing gen placement on maps.

    That also might be the reason why sometimes gens spawn weirdly near one another – because game encountered an error when generating the map and since the other gen can't spawn, game ignores the proximity rule and just places the other one from pair/set just so it wouldn't break.

    That kinda makes me wonder where are failsafe locations for other stationary gens, like f.e. Lery's main room, Hawkins portal gen or solitary room etc.

    Also, that Window Otz ecnountered is probably a remnant of early design – who knows, maybe devs planned Lery's as a 3 floor map – considering that early designs for swamp, farm, macmillan and autoheaven were giant as well. The same way a sewage pipe might spawn on swamp map, there could've been a room that spawned despite being disabled.

  17. 3:53 i can confirm 100% i've played once against 2 killers which we're Trapper and Nemesis , the zombies we're moving since match started but the killer was swapping from 1 to other it was on backwater swamp and there we're only 3 survivors instead of 4 including me so i've got 2nd killer instead of survivor sadly i can't show even any of the screenshots or videos bcs i've lost a few of my old screen shots from steam but it was before sadako release between January-March 2022 the funniest thing from this match was the fact i've wiggled out from nemesis and managed to escape through the hatch.

  18. With the two killers one, there have been multiple glitches throughout DBD history to do it in a custom game. Last one that I remember was everyone but one survivor ready up, and they spam click the switch button. Which switches them to spectator (where spectators don't have option to ready, starting the match timer) but they were spamming the button so it switched to killer before it disabled the switch button. Ready requirement was already met so it didn't cancel or delay. (has since been patched)
    But if a killer DC's they do drop their ability to, allowing the other killer to pick it up.

    I only know of one glitch that worked to do it in public, but that was patched with crossplay was added. The one in public was actually weird invite timing from a custom, you could trick the game into thinking you're in a KYF lobby when you're actually in SWF (and vice versa). And by doing that, you can have option to switch to killer in a public match (or even spectator).
    And of course since the game believed you were in in KWF, you could equip any item regardless if you had it or not.
    Reverse of course was SWF player in a KYF lobby, allowing challenges, dailies and bloodpoints possible in a KYF.
