14:10 no flashlight addons can increase the blind speed. Only the cosmetic brightness of the beam and blind duration can be increased. This was changed a while ago to remove insta blinds, but it's not something I'd expect people to know because it's unintuitive to think "increases brightness of the beam" doesn't equal a faster blind
