I really don't understand this killer.
Like you said, he's like Huntress but instead with a shotgun that shoots each pellet individually, and the effect of landing a kit is the equivalent to plague, except he has to waste time reloading, AND he's 4.4.
Even main event is so weird. It only ever like procs at the end of a chase so I really don't understand what was intended with it.
He feels overly developed, and completely underwhelming. Both Huntress and Plague are better, play them instead, right?
