A thing you can do on consoles to get better aim is to use Kontrol Freeks on your sticks, a higher stick lets you aim more precisely. I don't know if you can edit deadzone settings in DBD, but using a controller with high quality stick boxes (e.g. Xbox Elite, DualSense Edge) will make the stick aiming more consistent and less wobbly. I have a controller with higher sticks and a 7% deadzone and it's very good in FPS games. When the cross-progression update drops you have the choice to switch to the PC version of the game, which gives you access to Steam Input (anti-deadzone settings, gyro, custom binds) which is very strong. Hope your testing yields some good results like it did for me 🙂
